SUMMARY

Alameda Escondido is a beautifully decorated and spacious home tucked away at the end of a quiet, semi-private lane off East Alameda Street in Santa Fe’s Historic Eastside. This stunning property is replete with the most desirable modern amenities, yet it retains all the charm of a classic adobe. The home’s features include beautifully curated art, radiant heat stone and hardwood flooring throughout, and central air conditioning.



LIVING AREA

The living is centered around a grand fireplace, and has ample light from the large windows and custom ceiling fixture. The TV can be closed into the entertainment center for a more intimate atmosphere. An additional den is located down the hall with a separate TV.



KITCHEN AND DINING

This home has a well equipped gourmet kitchen in case you decide to forgo the great restaurants within walking distance for an evening at home. The dining space is in-between the kitchen and living areas, which makes it ideal for entertaining.



BED AND BATH

Both bedrooms feature king beds and ensuite baths. An additional bathroom is located in the hallway.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The property boasts two covered patios equipped with sunshades – one off the main living area and another off the main bedroom. Enjoy the comfortable outdoor furniture and garden or have a cocktail before firing up the gas grill.

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.

Lovely home in Santa Fe

This beautiful home was perfect for 2 couples. Gorgeous furnishings, comfy beds and the ideal location to walk to all the sights, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Property was gorgeous. Spectacular location. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Chef’s kitchen. Lovely’s outdoor space for friends and entertaining. Would return!

Very comfortable for couples/friends. Kitchen is amazing- fully stocked chefs kitchen. Location is fine- not in the center of town but walkable to most locations.

Perfection. Truly magnificent.

We needed to escape safely to somewhere within driving distance. Perfect space for a family of 4. Great decor, in perfect condition, great comfortable beds, super clean, well-equipped. I cooked daily and never couldn't find anything I needed. Amazing water pressure and fancy shower... yes, it's the little things. Peaceful setting, within walking distance to many galleries and restaurants. Management team labeled house well and it was truly top-notch.

Favorite rental in years

Very nice and comfortable. Worked great for our family of five adults. Designer kitchen with everything you could need- top notch appliances and a real coffee maker. The home was arranged nicely and we all had our own space. The patios were a lovely place to enjoy our morning coffee. Location was walkable to Canyon Road.. High end decor, Enjoyed our stay. Hope to stay there again! Only downside is the road in front of house is kind of dusty. But not really a problem. One of our favs for sure!

Stunning in sante fe

This property exceeded all of our expectations. It was not just beautiful, but clean, within walking distance of many sante fe restaurants and attractions. It had everything we could possibly have needed. It was expensive but worth it to us!

Great last minute stay at Alameda Escondido. Highly recommend!!

We were a group of three traveling to Scottsdale that decided a little detour to Santa Fe was in order to break up our trip. Did we luck out with this property. It was a last minute booking for us and we learned from the friendly neighbors that it was recently listed by new owners. The entire house is wonderfully and thoughtfully decorated with comfortable, casual, chic furniture. We each had our own spacious room (since we utilized the sleeper sofa in the media room) and each had our own bathroom. The owners/property manager created a super useful list of recommendations of their favorite restaurants, galleries and destinations - and each was no more than a 20-minute easy stroll from the house. The kitchen is HUGE and we took full advantage of cooking and sipping wine the last night we were there (the owners must be wine drinkers as there were plenty of good wine glasses and openers - a rarity in some rentals). Did we mention that the entire kitchen was very well appointed so don't worry about buying spices for one meal - they've included an entire spice drawer with everything you can imagine. There's a pretty patio off the dining room that we used every morning to enjoy coffee and plan the day. Truly a lovely home. We give it 5 stars and will certainly return to Santa Fe and Alameda Escondido.
