Bella Casa è un 1100 Mq. Ft. Condominio con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni situato in una tranquilla strada residenziale alberata in uno dei quartieri più antichi di Santa Fe. Il complesso condominiale Old Trails è stato costruito nel 1983 sul sito di un'antica tenuta e presenta solo 5 unità a forma di L. Bella Casa si trova nell'angolo interno, che consente patio anteriore e posteriore completamente privati. Due parcheggi riservati fuori strada sono a pochi passi dal cancello principale. Questo quartiere è noto come South Capitol Historic District e dista meno di un miglio dal centro di Santa Fe Plaza, Canyon Road e 2 isolati dalla "Round House" del Campidoglio. Le campane della cattedrale possono essere ascoltate all'esterno e ti guideranno verso uno dei luoghi più interessanti di tutto il paese! Gallerie, musei d'arte, di storia e di arte popolare, Canyon Road, il museo dei bambini, i mercati degli agricoltori, mostre d'arte, ristoranti, cantine, tramonti, spa, golf, sci, escursioni e persone fantastiche abbondano qui! Gite di un giorno sono facilmente realizzabili in tutto il New Mexico settentrionale e Albuquerque è a meno di un'ora a sud. Gli aeroporti sono situati sia a Santa Fe che ad Albuquerque. Bella Casa è un adobe con soffitti alti con vigas a vista, camino Kiva, pavimenti in mattoni, cucina per cucine e, soprattutto, privacy. Le due camere da letto separate con bagno (una con 8 gradini, una con 8 gradini) consentono la totale privacy degli ospiti ed è eccezionale per due coppie. I patii anteriori e posteriori sono stati completamente riprogettati e ridisegnati nel 2018. Entrambi ti danno una sensazione interna / esterna in tutto il condominio e ottima luce. La zona giorno (con divano letto matrimoniale aggiornato), una cucina completamente attrezzata, una nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice a carica frontale di dimensioni standard aggiungono ulteriore comfort. Il letto king-size al piano superiore e la suite da bagno e il letto queen-size al piano inferiore e il bagno adiacente sono particolarmente belli per la privacy degli ospiti se viaggi con due coppie, con la tua famiglia o semplicemente con un divertente viaggio per ragazze. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di TV via cavo, così come la zona giorno che ha anche un DVR e un lettore DVD. Qualunque cosa ti porti nel New Mexico, credo che ti divertirai davvero a Bella Casa. Questo sarà un posto da chiamare casa mentre sei via! Vieni a provare la City Different, sappiamo che vorrai tornare.

We loved our stay in the land of enchantment and this enchanting condo. Diane is a consummate hostess who has truly thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and stress free. The kitchen facilities were top notch,the electronics provided allowed us to stream effortlessly and use the provided Bluetooth to listen to listen to our book on tape and music. The condo was well situated, you could walk around the neighborhood or easily to the capital building,(which we found very interesting.) The condo was quiet, no noise from neighbors,there was easy ample parking. We were two senior couples who loved our stay and highly recommendthis condo.

Beautiful condo - nicely decorated, comfortable, clean, and convenient. We loved the outside space - 2 patios to choose from. We always appreciate access to a washer and dryer when we travel so that was also a plus. It was the perfrect setup for 2 couples. We had a great time!

A Perfect Getaway for the International Folk Art Festival!We recently had the pleasure of staying in Santa Fe for the International Folk Art Festival, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to call home during our trip! From the moment we arrived, we were thrilled to discover the wonderful "hang out" spaces available, and we made the most of each one.Our mornings began with coffee in the cozy back patio, which was warm and beautifully decorated—a perfect start to the day. For our planning sessions, we loved gathering around the table near the kitchen, which was ideal for enjoying appetizers and wine. After long days of shopping and exploring, we often retreated to the comfortable living room to unwind.The location was fantastic, with an enjoyable walk to town. We appreciated the convenience of an easy Uber ride back, especially after indulging in too much shopping or margaritas!Overall, our stay was exceptional, and we loved every moment. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories in this lovely place!

Just Like Home

This cozy little condo within one mile of the Plaza and The Railyard is a perfect location for a stay in Santa Fe. It is compact, with everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well stocked with a good variety of cookware, dishes, appliances ,utensils and basic supplies such as cooking oil, coffee filters, vinegars, and just about any herb/spice you might need. You will find boxes of tissues in every room and small wind-up alarm clocks by each side of both beds and in the living area. The fleece throws in the living room are a nice touch. Mini-split air conditioners keep the temperature comfortable. We set the temperature we preferred and then left them on the low fan speed and couldn't even hear them running.Privacy is good as one bedroom is upstairs and the other is downstairs, with the living area in between. The mattresses are firm but very comfortable. This is saying a lot as we are accustomed to Sleep Number and Tempur-Pedic mattresses. The closet space is generous and there are plenty of clothes hangers. If you are visiting for a longer stay, you will find cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaners for a quick clean-up.One suggestion: either provide a channel listing for the Roku streaming service, or instructions for how to find one online. We never did locate local TV channels for weather forecasts and news.Thank you, Diane, for being a gracious host and responding quickly whenever we needed to contact you.

Cozy Bella Casa

My husband and I stayed here with our adult daughter and her husband for 5 nights in December. The condo is private inside and out. We found it to be perfect for two couples - great common spaces and private bedrooms. The decor was lovely and we had everything we needed - everything was very comfy and cozy. The two courtyards were great as well and parking was very convenient. The host, Diane was super easy to work with leading up to our visit and great upon our check out. We were an easy 15-20 minute walk to the plaza area and within a 10-15 minute drive to everything else we did on our visit. The host also provides a ton of great info on things to do around town. We all loved the condo and my husband and I will definitely consider staying again on our next visit to Santa Fe! Thank you, Diane, for sharing this treasure!

A great and quiet place to stay in Santa Fe

We are so glad we booked Casa Bella in Santa Fe for our visit. It more that met our expectations based on the information available on the Internet. From the time of booking the owner was very good at communications and made it clear as to how to gain entry to the property and provided complete information about all the appliances and equipment. We have travelled in many countries and stayed in many apartments/condos so we have a large basis of comparison. Without question, the owner has set up Casa Bella better than any we have ever used. This unit is totally suitable for short or long term stays as the supplies for personal use and facility maintenance are complete. We were there just before Christmas, so it was too cold to use the exterior of the unit, but for those considering a warmer time to visit, you can be assured that you will also enjoy the very private patio. The unit is well situated on a quiet street just south of the state capitol, which makes it easy to walk to the central plaza or the Railyard complex.

Santa Fe Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe, appreciating the condo's convenient location. There was easy access to local restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc. The condo was beautifully decorated in a New Mexico style, with two patios offering ample outdoor space. My favorite part was curling up with a book in front of the burning kiva fireplace! Parking was hassle-free with two designated spots. The host, Diane, was responsive throughout the booking process and for any questions. We will definitely consider returning for future visits when we wish to stay closer to town.

Delighted

We had a delightful stay in this lovely condo. The owner and caretaker take such pride in this rental. It is obvious in all the details. The cleanliness, the communication, the well-stocked kitchen, the inviting patios, and more. It's the perfect location to walk downtown or to the railyard or venture to nearby attractions by car.
