SUMMARY

You will never feel more at home in Santa Fe than at this charming house just North of the town's historic center, the Plaza. Lovingly furnished and appointed, this space will welcome you to our city with comfort and style. With multiple desks, a printer, and fast Wi Fi, this home is ideal for our most productive guests.



LIVING AREA

The living room has comfortable seating for four in front of the smart TV and the authentic Kiva fireplace. This is an ideal gathering space for a small group.



KITCHEN, AND DINING

The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking homemade meals, which can be enjoyed by four guests in the formal dining space



BED AND BATH

Both bedrooms feature king beds. One has an en-suite bath, and the other has a bathroom in the hallway between the two bedrooms.



OUTDOOR SPACE

Enjoy Santa Fe's famous sunshine and weather while using the gas grill in the backyard. Outdoor seating for four is provided.

PLEASE NOTE:

- This home is cooled by a swamp cooler rather than traditional AC. Swamp coolers are standard and effective in New Mexico's dry climate.

- The covered parking space is a tight fit with larger vehicles. If you are not comfortable parking in tight spaces, park your SUVs and trucks on the free and safe street parking on Griffin St.

- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.

everything was very clean and organized. the only thing we found lacking was that there is nothing soft to sit on....the beds/mattresses are very hard, the couch is hard, the chairs are hard. it would be nice if you added some soft touches....softer pillows, something soft and cozy here and there. not a big deal, overall it was a good place.

Everything I needed

The place is immaculate and very quiet. I needed to be able to cook for myself and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds are firm and king size. The washer and dryer are top notch and there was a drying rack available. Large vehicles will have to be parked in the street, but there is space and it is a sleepy street. The swamp cooler kept the place comfortable. I really enjoyed the private outdoor patio, as I ate all my meals out there while listening to the birds.

Santa Fe serenity

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Walkable to downtown. Comfortable overall, and. reasonably stocked kitchen utensils, plates, etc.Fireplace a little tricky even with following instructions; a little smoky.Good for 2 couples or small family.

Great, cozy house walking distance from the plaza!

This house had everything we needed for our family’s visit to Santa Fe. About 30 min drive to Ski Santa Fe and walking distance from the plaza and Rail Yard. Big rooms with king sized beds. Amenities were tiny, so plan accordingly. Kitchen has plenty of silverware, serveware, knives, tools, etc…and salt and pepper. Plan on purchasing anything else to eat or to prepare food with. Sprouts and Market St are around the corner. Loved NOT having to perform any cleaning tasks before we left (like we’ve had to at plenty of other properties - strip the beds, wash towels, run dishwasher…). We just had to leave and that was it. 10/10 would recommend!

Santa Fe visit

Property was clean and as presented online. One bedroom door does not latch. There is no view but I like sunshine so do open blinds and would suggest you wash the windows! We were glad that the other units seemed vacant as parking could be tricky with more than one vehicle. Easily walkable to the plaza and beyond. Enjoyed the stay.

What's not to like

Home is in great location close to the Square and other retail. Nice space with all the amenities. Very clean. If we ever return to Santa Fe, this home will be the place we want to be.

Hike New Mexico

We stayed at Casito Pico while we hiked trails in Bandelier NP and around the Santa Fe area (loved the Dale Ball trails!). We cooked many meals in Casito Pico and found the kitchen very well appointed and easy for the 4 of use to move about without too much choreography. The private yard hosted most of our at-home meals. Many wonderful downtown restaurants are an easy walk. We really enjoyed our stay at Casito Pico and found the home perfect for our needs, very comfortable and central to everything we needed and wanted.

Casa Pico: pluses and minuses

There were 4 in our party70-somethings best friends since high school. We had a wonderful time together in Santa Fe. Walkable 20 minutes from the Plaza. The interior of Casa Pico was as advertised. Colorful, clean, Well provisioned, nice patio, a comfortable place to spend time with good friends. The exterior not so much. Four identical units separated by course gravel. No greenery, no curb appeal. Reasonably priced. All in all a B+.

Home away from home

Adorable little place, located in a quiet area. Easy to get to where you need to be too. The beds were very comfortable and you are greeted with a nice welcome gift! We would definitely come back and stay again!

Wonderful, close-in little house. Perfect for two friends.

I chose this particular casita for its layout and carport, but it included many more special touches. After clear instructions from the property managers for self-check-in, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, a bag of coffee, a bag of corn chips and a jar of salsa. The linens were plentiful and good quality. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen is quite well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and serving pieces and placemats for indoors and out. The property managers kept in touch with us and were locally accessible. For two girlfriends traveling together, the two bedroom - two bath layout is perfect. Uber delivered us to the Plaza for $8, to Canyon Road for $13 while my car stayed in the carport. Will stay here again.

Positive and Negative

Us older folks signed up for a one story but had to change to a two story property because of last minute water emergency before we got there. Didn’t see original, therefore can’t rate it. The new property was very nice and well equipped. However, experience was dampened when our friend fell on hard to see extra steps at bottom of staircase and broke her wrist. My husband also stumbled backward on these steps but did not get hurt. Management notified of need to highlight.

This is a great property. Close to plaza. Can walk and not have to drive. Very clean and comfortable. This is our 2nd time at this property and would select this property on next visit to Santa Fe.

Great home and location

The interior of this casa was so beautiful, everything matched and had the southwestern style. We even got greeted with wine, salsa and chips. That made us feel welcomed immediately. The location is also perfect, a short walk and we were in downtown Santa Fe. We were happy we have found this great home, couldn’t have asked for a better one.

Perfect Weekend Stay

This property was perfect for a weekend with friends. Within walking distance to the square and all the fabulous restaurants! The property was comfortable for 2 couples with lots of room for dining or relaxing by the fireplace in the living room. Super clean with extra towels if needed. Washer and dryer in the unit, a great bonus! Would definitely stay here again!

This property was quite and a 15 more minute walk to The Plaza and restaurants. Enjoyed the fireplace. The sleeper sofa was a bit I’m comfortable but we made do. The quick response from Two Casitas was spot on when needed.
