Gorgeous 800 sq ft fenced Casita in safe, quiet family neighborhood! Located ONLY 1 1/2 miles from the PLAZA (the city center where everyone gathers for events and the best shopping). Also only 1 1/2 miles to the popular RAILYARD district (home to the weekly Farmer’s Market, Museo de Cultural weekend marketplace, and various music and art events). Easy walk or bike along the Tree Lined River path a couple blocks away takes you right to downtown. Tennis courts are available to rent along the path as well as a swimming lap pool and kiddie pool. Yoga in the park a few blocks away. Close to Everything but located in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with plenty of parking. Two private entrances to casita.
The house is ultimate charming “Santa Fe” with two lovely private fenced garden courtyards to relax in after a day of hiking, ART and shopping, dining and exploring all that our amazing city has to offer!! Short drive to the Sante Fe ski area. High speed Internet, WIFI, cable, streaming TV (Netflix, HBO). WASHER/DRYER located inside laundry room inside casita for guests’ use only . Full kitchen. French doors open to Cozy ENCLOSED COURTYARD Perfect for dining al fresco. There is also a larger Fenced courtyard with a lovely garden. Portable AC, many windows, fans and brand new “DreamCloud" hybrid queen Mattress. Bask in the ambiance, a sweet home away from home!2nd bedroom,single mattress,no door, privacy screen, can be used as reading room/office.

A good home away from home. Comfortable, well equipped, nice neighborhood, one of the best places we have stayed in five months of traveling. When we need to come back to Santa Fe this is where we’ll try to stay.

Just perfect

Beth was a personable, attentive and very responsive host. The casita was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the highway, the Railroad area and the Plaza (1 block away from the casita is the River Path that you can walk or bike - about 1 mile away). It was so charming! My daughter slept in the (small) second bedroom while I enjoyed the bedroom. The space is bright and sweet as well as fully equipped and has private access to a courtyard and a large garden - plenty if space to lounge in the sun or shade. If we return to Santa Fe, I will definitely stay at Beth's and intend to recommend it to all my friends. Just loved it!

Santa Fe Casita

Beth's Casita is well equipped for a relaxing stress free stay. It's located near restaurants, shopping and park spaces. Beth is a consumat host. Attending to her guest needs. I would recommend Beth's Casita to any traveler going to Santa Fe. A+ Thank you Beth for a wonderful experience.

Great Host

We spent several weeks at Beth's Casita waiting for our new home to be completed. Can't say enough about Beth's hospitality, she was a very attentive host with a warm, open personality. The spacious Casita is old adobe style, very comfortable and met our needs. We were able to set up an office in the Den/Second bedroom. Ample storage in the laundry room, very private garden with large shade trees and sitting areas. Great location near downtown plaza, rail yard, grocery stores and restaurants.

Charming Convenience

Charming, eclectic casita with room to spread out. In the warmer weather, when BOTH courtyards can be used, even more room. Quiet neighborhood, but close to the main roads and the necessaries (gas, grocery, etc.) as well as the plaza, parks and other Santa Fe delights. Excellent communication with host.

Perfect casita, Perfect neighborhood.

Beth’s Casita was perfect for my transition to Santa Fe, NM. Co-OP grocery store, restaurants (Mexican, Japanese, Vietnamese) and everything you need right down the street nearby. Super close to the Old Downtown Plaza, Freeway was super close in any direction & many great resturants! Quiet peaceful neighborhood just off the main area, with friendly neighbors. Beautiful neighborhood and houses including the Casita Solana. The smell of the Piníon burning in the neighborhood fire places and a beautiful yard, with many plush trees and thoughtful landscaping. It was beautiful, relaxing & gave me a True New Mexico feel and experience! Beth was great and very helpful! Her Art is Awesome and spirit uplifting! Enjoy! I know I did.
