Bring the whole family and enjoy this private 6-bedroom Santa Fe compound featuring a main adobe house plus detached guest house, fully fenced and gated for privacy, comfort, and space (sleeps 14). Located just 10 minutes from Santa Fe Plaza and Canyon Road, this home offers easy access to Santa Fe’s best art galleries, restaurants, shopping, and historic attractions.

The 2,400 sq ft main house offers authentic Southwestern charm with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, exposed vigas, diamond plaster walls, radiant heat, and classic adobe architecture. The separate 2-bedroom guest house includes its own private fenced yard, patio, and additional living space, making it ideal for extended families, multiple couples, or guests wanting extra privacy.

Enjoy spacious outdoor living with grassy yards, covered portals, patios, and room for kids to play or adults to unwind after a day exploring Santa Fe. This property combines historic character with a true New Mexico vacation experience.

Important to Know Before Booking:
• Outdoor stairs to the yard are uneven in places; please use caution.
• Parts of the main house are over 100 years old, which adds charm but means lower water pressure in some areas.
• The main house uses radiant heat, and space heaters are available if additional warmth is preferred.
• If it snows, please shovel in front of the gate before opening to prevent damage.
• In the guest house, the living room is downstairs.
• The guest house bathroom is accessed through the primary bedroom, though there is small hallway separating the bathroom from the bedroom, thus you do not need to pass the bed to reach it.

There is a 90 degree turn on the driveway with a tall retaining wall on one side and the main house on the other, therefore no RVs, trailers or duallys as they won’t be able to clear the turn.

Events must be discussed and pre-approved.

This house is stocked with everything you’ll need. Loved having a gated entry. Plenty of room for all 11 of us. Had to take the dog at the last minute with no problem. Lots of game entertainment. Really liked having a guest house The basement in the guest house was great for the kids.

Stephanie is excellent owner, responsive, forthright. Helpful too. The property worked well for us, 3 families, 6 adults 6 kiddos; wished there was second bath in guest house, and possibly the 1/2 bath in main house was a full bath. Kitchens were amazingly well stock with both equipment an supplies. All 12 of us had Thanksgiving dinner at one table after some minor rearrangements. The property was a hit with younger kids. They played outside every day, even in cold. We had family photos for all the groups, and photographer found great backgrounds for all the many shots… beautiful. Property is located up a pretty good hill, and we had hard rain as we arrived which did roughen up road but we had no problems getting in and out. The quiet of the neighborhood was amazing!

Fabulous Home & CasitaNone of us have ever rented a VRBO home that was better than this one! There were 7 of us 76 year old high school friends and we absolutely loved staying there! Every amenity was provided. We loved the indoor space as well as the outdoor space! We had a lovely fire in the fireplace! The kitchen was very well equipped including everything you’d expect plus an air fryer, crock pot, spices, French Roast coffee, and the list goes on! We would definitely rent it again! Thank you, Stephanie, for always getting back to me quickly when I had questions!!!

Amazing Property!

We had 9 adults staying the week for the Opera. There was comfortable and private bed space for all of us. There was ample dining space both inside AND outside! We were 5 minutes from the Opera house, so we just chose to “tailgate” at home on the patio. It was just absolutely beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped, and accommodating! We hope to use this property again next year!!
