“For the good... Brenda, at check in, was helpful, as usual. Not so good... 1) There were several small bugs along the window still, and a few on the corner table. I didn't see any on/in the bed, so we still opted to stay. Fortunately, there were no creepy crawlies, and we were able to sleep well through the night. 2) The shower head leaked, horribly, soaking the ceiling right above it, and the floor beside the tub. 3) There was no toilet paper roll holder for the tp.”

“Had to wait for clerk who was on a personal call. No Wi-Fi. No night manager on duty. Morning manager didn’t show up and breakfast could not be prepared because food was locked up. Mike Romero, the maintenance man, took charge, found the way to unlock the food to serve breakfast. Long black hair in the bathroom. ”

“There was one particular woman that checked me in in the evening and she was incredibly knowledgeable and sweet. Went the extra mile to find my rewards # and connect my stay. The food was ok, the usual egg patties and sausage, toast and bagels, muffins and pancakes or waffles, yogurt and the strangest mini oranges and apples,,,have never seen fruit like that. not normal looking. NO bananas, or suasage gravy or bacon, or oatmeal. The building on the outside looks dated but my room was really...
