Hummingbird showcases a bright and welcoming blend of Contemporary and Southwestern aesthetics. This tasteful and thoughtful home is a quick ride into the heart of Downtown Santa Fe, making it the perfect home base for exploring everything that Santa Fe has to offer.



LIVING AREA

The living area is a comfortable and colorful gathering space that features two chaise lounges, two armchairs, banco seating under the window, a smart TV, and a wood-burning Kiva fireplace.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The remodeled kitchen features beautiful marble countertops and high-end appliances, including an electric cooktop that faces the living space, making it easy to socialize while cooking. Countertop seating for three overlooks the kitchen, and the four seat dining table is in-between the kitchen and living area.



BED AND BATH

The primary bedroom features a king bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen. Both bedrooms have smart TVs and easy access to the bathroom that offers dual vanities and a shower/tub combo.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The tranquil patio has a gas grill and a four-seat shaded table, perfect for alfresco dining while admiring the garden.

Loved the proximity to the art galleries and its location. The home is New Mexico Adobe style, which helped set the tone. The place was clean and well-appointed. It was great to have a washing machine and dryer. Booking and communication was excellent.

There was a problem with the refrigerator door being oriented the wrong way, which hit the blinds.

The house was as described and very comfortable and attractive. The only issue we had was with the refrigerator. It opens on the left and is difficult to open next to the window shade. Very awkward layout. Also the coffee pot does not turn off automatically. Otherwise, a great place for a vacation!

This was a great home for us for nearly 2 wks. Very clean. Really enjoyed the hummers while sitting on the patio.Loose gravel in parking area was a bit of a challenge for my rear-wheel drive vehicle but we found how to park at the right angle. The refrigerator door and the window shade adjacent to it is awkward (can't open the door without raising the shade or holding it to one side) but this is probably the only way it can be.

Great rental

We loved our stay at Hummingbird. The space was perfect. It’s very well decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the location was great- a very short drive to the plaza. Check in and check out was super simple. We would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to beautiful Santa Fe.

Well Appointed /Close to

The property is comfortable and well-appointed, with new appliances. It is conveniently located close to the main center of Santa Fe. The property manager is available seven days a week and quick to reply, which was appreciated for a few initial questions and an issue we had. Beds were notably comfortable. A little welcome gift was appreciated as well.
