This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath home has warm colors, high end furnishings, 3 fireplaces and a wrap around portal that is the perfect setting for family and friends to gather while visiting Santa Fe. We are a dog friendly home~ please no cats!!!
There is not one amenity missing from this thoughtful property. A well equipped kitchen for cooking gourmet meals, an outdoor hot tub along with majestic views.... it will simply sweep you off your feet.
The best part is you are only 10 minutes to the Santa Fe Historic Plaza....it truly doesn't get any better than this.
The grand room is furnished with a soft leather sofa, two oversized chairs and a kiva fireplace make this the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
The kitchen is ample and fully equipped with a high top counter and stools which allow for easy conversation while cooking.
The best spot in the house is in front of the kitchen fireplace furnished with 2 butter rich leather turquoise chairs that swivel; what a great way to start your morning with your cup of coffee.
Dining room is just off of the kitchen and has seating for 8. Or if you prefer eating on the portal, there is a beautiful outdoor dining area with a kiva fireplace.
The master bedroom with a king size bed has an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and large walk-in closet.
The french doors off of the master bedroom lead you out the hot tub and sauna.
Down the long hall has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other a queen bed along with 2 additional bathrooms.
We highly recommend an All Wheel drive during the winter.

Hiking
There are many nice hiking trails in the Santa Fe area. The free app “AllTrails” details and rates many of them. The Windsor Trail is a very popular easy trek with water access for dogs.
An easy 1.2 mile (round trip) trail maybe found starting from our Sauna and heading NE. If you find the “rock people garden” at the end of the trail, please add to the gathering. One can see the Santa Fe Opera House to the NE from the outlook point.
