  • Splendida casa di montagna con abbastanza spazio per una grande famiglia allargata o un gruppo di amici.  Dispone di 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni con due aree soggiorno. Il vialetto anteriore offre ampio spazio di parcheggio per più veicoli.  Entra attraverso un bel cancello in ferro battuto in un cortile privato.  Il soggiorno è ampio e ben arredato con una credenza incorporata, un lucernario e un caminetto a legna Kiva.  La seconda zona giorno (den) offre ulteriore seduta con un divano letto e due letti singoli incorporati e un grande schermo TV.  Oltre la tana, un portale coperto separato crea uno spazio aggiuntivo per la solitudine e il relax.  Una camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno separato; la master suite ha un letto matrimoniale, un camino Kiva e il bagno ha una cabina doccia e un bel lavello della nave.  La cucina piastrellata bianca è luminosa e invitante, con cucina a gas e un bar per la colazione adiacente alla sala da pranzo.  Aprire le doppie porte della sala da pranzo e godere di un ponte coperto con zona pranzo.  Continuare su un mazzo espansivo che vanta alcune delle viste più spettacolari e tramonti occidentali a Santa Fe.  Immergetevi in una vasca idromassaggio vicino a un patio con sedie attorno a un camino in terracotta.         


    Tutti questi servizi e solo a 5 minuti di auto dal Plaza.  Prenota un soggiorno oggi in quanto questa casa si riempirà velocemente!

We booked this as a place to celebrate family Thanksgiving and it was such an amazing kitchen stocked with all possible cookware and amazing serving ware. The living room was a comfortable place for us to relax and the sunsets from the deck were amazing. Our group needed every sleep space and the sofa bed mattress was quite old and uncomfortable, but the host was very responsive and had a mattress pad for us right away. Highly recommend!

Wow, just WOW! This was everything we wanted in a vacation home. Great location, beautiful home, scenic views, peaceful, super well-equipped, lots of room, by far the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed at, and a kind and responsive host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! As a matter of fact, we extended our stay because it was so great! Really, really great place — you won’t regret it! The hot tub and steam shower were a nice bonus.

The property is lovely, well maintained and equipped, and quiet. It was close enough to downtown Santa Fe but far enough that we had privacy and a beautiful view of the sunset. The property managers were easy to communicate with and responsive to our needs. We greatly appreciated staying in this lovely home.
This was a beautiful sunset from the deck of the home. Can't get much sweeter than this!

The house is done in a southwestern style that is comfortable and cozy. It has northern New Mexico adobe style that is filled with artistic touches. The front courtyard is a delightful place to sit and enjoy the hummingbirds that flit around. The back deck has fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. Our party of 4 enjoyed a very comfortable stay!

Great Santa Fe Getaway

The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to give people plenty of space to relax. The large kitchen and dining area made it great for enjoying our meals and playing dominoes. We loved the view, jacuzzi and deck that provided even more space to enjoy. The artwork and photography on the wall were fantastic and overall it was a great curated and cozy home.

Our stay

We we arrived they were still cleaning but let us in anyway. The house was in excellent shape. I called to have the hot tub clean and they were right on it.everything was as we hoped and we enjoyed the weekend without problems. We would recommend this property to anyone coming to Santa Fe. Sitting on the balcony as night was so peaceful

Great Place!!

The place was awesome. Amazing views, lots of room and the hot tub was great! We would definitely stay here again. Communication with the property manager was not great, but we didn’t have any issues.

Such a great house!

Perfect Santa Fe home base. Stayed there with my parents and my in laws. Location was perfect - convenient to plaza but super quiet and great stargazing! Kitchen is big and nicely equipped. Bedrooms are spacious with lots of storage for belongings. Deck is beautiful and view is spectacular! Highly recommend.

Beautiful Sunsets

Property was very lovely and comfortable. 5 star property. It was a hot one and the AC was great. Cooled down at night and open windows was nice. It was clean and tidy. Only recommendation is a better coffee pot and a large bread knife. Highly recommend.

The House of Peace was perfect for us!

Our family of 5 (all adults) stayed here to visit our youngest son. The house was close to both downtown Santa Fe and the Santa Fe Opera (we saw 3 performances), which was really convenient for us. The kitchen was well equipped and the view from the back deck was amazing! we enjoyed the hot tub as well and will book again if we come to Santa Fe again. Thanks so much!

This is not just a VRBO, this is a HOME. The attention to detail was so welcome and appreciated. I'm super picky about our VRBOS but this one blew me away. They have EVERYTHING! Which really cut down on what we needed to buy. We were a family of 4 just looking to do life in a cooler location and experience some nature and culture. We made many meals in the excellent kitchen and spent most mornings and evenings on the incredible porches and in the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the setup is great if you have kids! Just walking the neighborhood is a treat! This house is simply incredible. I cannot say enough good things about the property and the management! Thank you again for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at this VRBO! After a full day of conveniently exploring Santa Fe, it was a treat to be able to make dinner, relax on the deck, and enjoy the hot tub. Our family of 6 adult couples was very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied and the views were beautiful. A few suggestions to help the place go from great to perfect:1) Please provide written instructions for the AC thermostat and the steam shower. They were not intuitive, but were very much enjoyed!2) Please consider providing small containers for the dish soap, shampoo, and body wash. The bulk containers were challenging to manage.3) Please consider swapping out the pillows. The ones provided were very clean but very flat.Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Unfortunate experience

As a five-star, VRBO host myself, I take these reviews very seriously. The house was generally nice…In need of a remodel to update the dated and lackluster interior, but the view makes up for this. What was intolerable in this visit was a broken glass patio door that continued to drop shards of glass both on the deck and inside the home when the door was used. The owner did not inform us of this in advance and we did not know that the door should not be used. This resulted in broken shards of glass on the floor and one of the guests cutting her foot to the point where she could not walk around downtown Santa Fe during her stay. When we told the owner about this, he said it was a decision that he made not to remove the door or at least tape the jagged glass edges and when told someone was hurt. He said “I don’t care.” this is not the kind of host I would rent from again.

Family ski vacation

The North Hills property met our family's needs for a 4-night ski vacation. Our family included 6 adults and two young children. The property upon arrival was clean. The layout was great with two bedrooms on one side with an additional room on the other side that slept two adults and two children. Kitchen was large. Just a 3-5 minute drive to the plaza and grocery stores. Since we were there between Christmas and New Years, the weather was cold, however the house was always nice and toasty, with great views. I would caution anyone planning a winter vacation to heed the advice of renting or having a 4-wheet drive vehicle. The property driveway is on an incline, and due to heavy snow fall we were advised to park on the main road rather than the driveway. However, since the property is located on a hill, hence the great views, roads leading to and from the property can be problematic when there is ice and snow. We got stuck on the road on our way home, however a kind neighbor advised us that there was a back road that was less hilly. We managed to push the car out of the ditch and take the back road, which did prove to be easier. Knowing weather conditions cannot be controlled, I would recommend anyone considering this property during the winter months to have a vehicle that can handle snowy/icey conditions. Overall the house was great and I would recommend this property.
