Primary Suite
Spacious bedroom with king size bed and striking Jemez Mountain views, blackout shades, a large closet, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and jetted tub.

Bedroom 2
Comfortable king bed, soft linens, and warm Santa Fe-inspired décor. Perfect for couples or friends traveling together.

Bedroom 3
Another king bedroom designed for rest and privacy, with plenty of storage and natural light.

All bedrooms have smart TVs you can access your favorite apps on using your own accounts.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms — one ensuite, one shared — both stocked with plush towels, essentials, and high-quality toiletries.

Primary bathroom has steam shower and jetted tub for ultimate relaxation.

Kitchen
Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with premium appliances, bar seating, and everything you need to cook, sip, and gather.

Living & Dining
Open, airy living/dining spaces with expansive windows, cozy seating, smart TV, and gorgeous mountain views. Ideal for relaxing after exploring Santa Fe.

Game table with a variety of games provided. A small collection of books relevant to Santa Fe also provided.

Outdoor Spaces
Private patio areas and access to miles of nearby trails right outside the gated community.

PLEASE NOTE: For everyone’s comfort, our community asks that guests complete a contact for in case of emergency, and review and electronically sign a brief set of HOA rules before arrival. It’s quick and easy—we’ll email the document right after booking. The only part that really applies to your stay is the parking guidelines. Thanks so much for taking a minute to sign and helping us keep the neighborhood peaceful and welcoming!

PARKING - MAX 2 CARS: There is ONE parking spot in the garage, and another vehicle can park in front of the garage, if necessary. Our small community cannot accommodate more than 2 vehicles at a time.

Please do not park on the street. Please do not block any neighbors' driveways.

Guests will have access to the entire property except for a cedar closet in the garage and an owner's closet in the hallway.

FIREPLACE USE: The wood-burning in the primary is not in use, the gas fireplace in the living room may be used.

No smoking or vaping of any substance is allowed in our home nor on the premises. We also don't want smoke from clothes in our home or on our furniture. We have a severe allergy in the family, and this is a serious health risk for them. Thank you for respecting this boundary and keeping our family healthy!
