Casa Anita was fantastic all around! Location was walking distance to downtown, the home and casita were extremely clean and had every amenity needed, and our host, Nancy, couldn’t have been nicer (and informative)! We had a wonderful family stay and would love to come back and visit!

This was an extremely quiet neighborhood, and the house in Casita are set back from the road as well. Within a 15 minute walk of just about everywhere we needed to go. Close to the farmers market especially. Two drawbacks: the kitchen is very small so more than two people cannot be cooking at the same time. Also some things not available, such as a tea kettle. Otherwise, well appointed. The other problem was the only soap and shampoo we were given were tiny sample sizes. This day was for four days and so we had to go to the market to buy more. One final comment: if you go to this property before November 1, you cannot use the fireplace. This was unfortunate since one of the reasons I rented this place were for the fireplaces.

We had a lovely stay at casa Anita. The house was clean and very comfortable and the casita was really nice additional space. We loved hanging out on the patio in the evenings and the ease of walking everywhere we wanted to go. The only minor negatives were the lack or hand soap in any of the bathrooms and no coffee. Not a huge deal as we just ran out to buy these. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Lovely accommodations to spend time with family and friends! The house layout with the separate casita and porches enables private spaces, lovely outdoor dining and communal areas as well. It is the perfect balance for a group. The property is well-cared for and has the best chef's kitchen inventory of any rental that we've stayed in! The Host, Nancy, is timely in her communications and was very attentive and responsive. We had a minor problem during our stay and the repairman was called immediately and the issue resolved. There was also a local property manager that was helpful with details when we needed information. All in all a great experience for us as guests. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting Santa Fe!

Four of us really enjoyed our 10-day stay at this South Cap house and casita in Santa Fe. They are very clean, well located, and tastefully and comfortably furnished (we all loved the art works). All the bedrooms have comfortable beds, there is a nicely stocked kitchen, and two pleasant outdoor spaces. This lovely house and casita easily earns 5 stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the main house and casita. It's located in a super quiet neighborhood with 1 spot in the driveway and lots of street parking. It's an easy walk to the plaza The units are comfortable, super clean and the kitchen is well stocked with the dishware to cook and eat. We had a couple of small things come up during our stay and Nancy, the owner, was on top of it to resolve quickly. She and her husband are super helpful and so sweet. One note is that there is one step inside the main house and it is marked with some caution tape so it is visible and easy to navigate. There are steps outside which you can see in the photos of this super cute place. We would definitely stay here again.

You always expect a vacation rental property to be less than what you see on the website. Casa Anita was way more than what I expected. This rental is truly like staying in a luxurious home because of all its nice features. The main Casa is spacious for four people and with the Casita, the rental adds a special space that is perfect for a couple who wishes extra privacy. It is across the small courtyard at the entrance and my family liked to gather in the Casa at the start and end of the day, yet the extra private space across the courtyard was welcome. Both were super clean, there was a separate room for a washer and dryer, and the kitchen was well appointed with everything needed when we chose to cook. All beds were super comfortable. The hosts were great with communication, before we came, and during the stay. All my questions were answered. The fact that the location is within walking distance to the Plaza full of shops and restaurants was a great plus. My family and I were very happy staying in this Casa and Casita and hope to come again as this was one of the nicest VRBO rentals ever!

How lucky these 3 sisters and their better halves could spend time in vibrant Santa Fe! Clear sapphire sky, freshened air, unique architecture, museum haven, wall-to-wall art, scrumptious meals and mouth-watering margaritas all in walking distance of Casa Anita.
