  • This family and business friendly home is located in Santa Fe’s coveted North Side, just 0.6 miles or a 12-minute walk from the Plaza. With direct access to Santa Fe’s Historic Plaza, dining, art galleries, and local coffee houses, you will be perfectly positioned to explore our wonderful city. The excellent location of this family-friendly vacation rental is just the beginning.

    This beautifully remodeled home features almost 2650 square feet of authentic Santa Fe ambiance and luxurious living, with 4 bedrooms (2 with private bathrooms) and 3 bathrooms in total. 3 bedrooms are on the main floor (one has the option of a king bed or two cozy twin beds), and the master and loft are located up the spiral staircase on the second story of the home.

    As you enter you will be greeted by an open living, dining and `chefs` kitchen area. The kitchen is generously appointed with elegant cabinetry and a cooking island. Additional amenities include; a bonus room with air hockey, vintage record player and games, two off street parking spots, ample off street parking, a large upstairs balcony providing classic Santa Fe, sunrise and sunset views, rear private enclosed yard with large outdoor table for dining, hot tub, state of the art infrared TEC BBQ and more.

    This home is perfect for up to 9 guests with an excellent location and a quality home to stay in. The property is pet-friendly and has a fully enclosed yard.

It was the perfect place for a large family. Perfect location and property

This was a perfect place for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, the hot tub and air hockey provided hours of entertainment, and the location could not have been better. As a New Mexico native who returned after over a decade of being away, I can say that this place is the real deal. Any questions we had were answered quickly even during the Christmas holiday. Can’t recommend enough!

Perfect Santa Fe getaway

This is a fun home with so many amenities. It is close enough to walk to downtown and the Railyard, yet far enough away from the hustle and bus time to feel private and serene. The air hockey game provided a surprising amount of fun and laughter while the inviting backyard gave us time to relax and refresh after our busy days exploring Santa Fe. The hosts were very communicative and responsive. We had a wonderful time

Happy Days in Santa Fe

This place had plenty of room for the 8 of this. Quiet area. Very convenient to downtown, the supermarket, and restaurants. The kitchen was large; everything was working and ready to use. The beds were comfortable. Temperature was easily controlled. We used the hot tub, air hockey, and outdoor grill. Tiny suggestion: Back door needed to be locked to stay closed.

Fun and Festive

This is a comfortable and traditional remodeled and updated downtown home. You will find everything you need and more is all provided for you, from shampoo to dinnerware. The complimentary chocolates and chilled water mean a lot more than you’d think after a long drive. The upstairs suite and patio are awesome, but the whole house is really just great!

Relaxing Vibe in Santa Fe

We loved the sleeping arrangements. 4 fully furnished rooms nestled between a cozy living space, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, and nice dining area. The record player was a nice touch that we enjoyed, and we got good use out of the hot tub and wood fireplace on the chilly fall nights. Check in and check out was simple and straight forward. Decently walkable during the day, but not as ideal when going in to town at night as the neighborhoods are pretty dark.

Beautiful home and location!

We came to Santa Fe and stayed with my brother-in-law and his family during a family vacation. The home was so pretty and perfect for five adults and two kids (one 9 and one 6 months). We came during monsoon season and got to watch the storms roll through on the balcony. We also took advantage of the host allowing grocery delivery where they place your food inside and in the fridge for you! You can easily walk to the town square from the house, along with a lovely coffee shop and french bakery, although Santa Fe isn't the most pedestrian or kid friendly. We had a lovely stay and also highly recommend Moew Wolf. It was the highlight of our trip!

Expansive Home with Fantastic Service

I am so impressed with this experience, it’s one of the best stays I’ve had. A Vacation Different (the company who manages the property) was a pleasure to work with. The place itself was even larger and more well-stocked than I anticipated. 4 completely separate bedrooms plus an additional day bed upstairs made it the perfect spot for a large family trip. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need with enough dishes to feed a crowd. There was an issue with a loud A/C in one of the bedrooms but they were quick to respond and provide space heaters instead. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of exploring and I would gladly stay here again.

beautiful house, wonderful location

Spent 6 days on a recent visit to Santa Fe. It was a perfect getaway for group of us that included grandparents, husband and I and our grown children. We enjoyed the 15 minute or so walk to Plaza and proximity to grocery stores, restaurants on Guadalupe, and the walk along the Santa Fe river. Was a short drive to the Santa Fe Opera and hiking trails (would recommend the Dale Ball trail system and Picacho Peak Trail). Highlights of the house include its spaciousness; beautiful Southwestern decor; and well-equipped kitchen. Outdoor spaces were also enjoyed by all with plenty of seating in back and front yards and second floor balcony (my one suggestion might be to add a full length chaise or day bed to the balcony for stretching out). HIghly recommend this property!

Our family also enjoyed the hot tub and air hockey table.Here is additional information regarding the bedrooms.Ground Floor-Bedroom 1 - King Size Bed-Bedroom 2 - 2 Twin Beds*Bedrooms 1 & 2 share a full bathroom-Bedroom 3 - King Bed with full bathroomLoft (2nd floor; stair access only; stairs not suitable for young children or elderly)-Bedroom 4 - Day Bed in the foyer, King Bed with full bathroom. No privacy door between the foyer and the bedroom.Parking-You can stack two cars in the driveway, but keep in mind the driveway is very narrow. It is difficult to get in and out of the car. We ended up loading and unloading in the street.

We had a delightful stay! The house is lovingly cared for and comfortable (our group was 5 adults and 1 dog). We used the well equipped kitchen daily, and appreciated the good location in easy walking distance of central Santa Fe, and a nearby shopping mall. When we communicated with the hosts they consistently replied promptly and proactively.

We arrived at this property with family and a carload of Christmas presents, so you can imagine our delight when we arrived and opened the door to this historic Santa Fe adobe house to find a full size Christmas tree with lights blazing! We were so touched by this, the wreath on the front door, the bizochitos special Christmas cookies awaiting us.
