We usually stay closer into Plaza area, but booked last minute. The beds were comfortable and water pressure was very good. Nicely appointed kitchen and small bathroom that seemed remodeled. There are two mini splits for the casita: one in living/dining area and one in first bedroom. Very good communication with owner. Netflix account was appreciated; plan on logging into your own Hulu, Prime, or other streaming.

This is a very clean and lovely home. It was well equipped and very cozy. Close to the plaza and other attractions. There is a grocery store across the street which made it really convenient. Would definitely stay there again!

Communication with the host was really great. There were no problems at all. We enjoyed the beautiful and thoughtfully set up space for a week, and found it perfectly suited for our explorations of Santa Fe and the surrounding areas. I would definitely stay here again.

Esteban was a great host and responded to any questions very quickly. He also gave suggestions of restaurants in the area. The house was very clean, and there was even a dog bed and bowls provided! Also, soap and shampoo/conditioner were provided. We’d love to stay again if we visit Santa Fe.

Everything about our stay here was good. The beds were comfortable and there was nothing that stopped us from having a good night's sleep every night.In the kitchen, there are ample utensils, and the cookware is clean and in good condition. The location is wonderful and is an easy drive to downtown.

This charming little spot in Santa Fe was everything we hoped it would be—clean, cozy, and in an excellent location. We were no more than 10 minutes from any of the major attractions, and the home itself was beautifully maintained and full of character. Once we were settled in, we truly enjoyed our time there and appreciated the effort clearly put into making it feel welcoming and homey.That said, our experience got off to a very rocky start. After a 10.5-hour drive, we arrived to find that the code we were given for entry didn’t work. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach the host by phone or message, and even Vrbo couldn't get in contact with them. We ended up waiting outside in the rain for over an hour, seriously considering alternate accommodations. Eventually, the host did respond, and we were able to get in, but it was a frustrating and stressful beginning to our trip.What added to the disappointment was the complete lack of apology or explanation for the situation—no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, despite Vrbo’s follow-up attempts on our behalf. We understand that things can go wrong sometimes, but communication and a simple apology would have gone a long way.All in all, the stay itself was wonderful, and the property is definitely worth considering for its charm and location. However, we hope that future guests have a smoother check-in experience and that the communication side of things improves.

Beautiful House, Great Location

Overall, this was a great stay. My only hiccup was that I did not receive the check in instructions when I was supposed to and I had some difficulty getting in touch with the host. However, once reached, I received the needed information and everything else was good.
