Fitness lovers will appreciate the rowing machine, stationary bike, and a tandem bicycle with helmets for neighborhood adventures. Also on-site are a ping-pong table, cornhole set, and lots of books, board games, and puzzles for your group's endless entertainment.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
Each bedroom feels restful and well-appointed, with ceiling fans, high-end mattresses, and quality linens. The primary suite offers a king bed, his-and-hers closets, an ensuite bath with step-in shower, and direct access via a new sliding door (not pictured) to the outdoor hot tub. The second bedroom is a serene setup, with a queen bed, spacious closet, and peaceful fountain. The third bedroom is currently set up as an office, but can be converted to a queen bedroom, kids room, or nursery on request. The bright second bathroom features a tub-shower combo and plenty of storage.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The fully fenced backyard is a private, playful retreat featuring a hot tub with bar seating for four, outdoor dining for eight beneath a lighted umbrella, and cafe table with comfy patio chairs perfect for morning coffee. A shaded swing bench, BBQ grill, flourishing flower beds and fruit trees, and twinkling string lights create a cozy atmosphere—perfect for family dinners, sunset watching, or letting kids and dogs play freely.

This home sits in a friendly, walkable neighborhood with easy access to everything Santa Fe has to offer. Recreation is a breeze to access—popular hiking and dog walking trail Arroyo de los Chamisos is just ½ block away, and downtown Santa Fe and Canyon Road are 7 minutes by car. Essentials like groceries and healthcare are also within 5 minutes, while big box stores are within 15 minutes. Also near: Museum Hill - 5 min, Sun Mountain Trailhead - 3 min, Santa Fe Ski Basin for hiking and mountain biking - 35 min.
