Questa bella casa si trova in un piccolo complesso privato (5 case circondate da un delizioso spazio comune all'aperto recintato) ea soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla storica Santa Fe Plaza - sede di gallerie d'arte, musei, ristoranti, negozi e altro , e in inverno, a soli 15 miglia dal bacino sciistico di Santa Fe. La tariffa giornaliera Ft. Il complesso atletico Marcy si trova a pochi isolati di distanza. La posizione non potrebbe essere più perfetta! Questa casa ha tutte le caratteristiche delle classiche case di Santa Fe: soffitti alti negli spazi abitativi con vigas in legno, pavimenti in legno massello, splendidi ripiani in granito in cucina e bagni, accenti di piastrelle sud-ovest, elettrodomestici di fascia alta nella cucina completamente attrezzata, e pareti lisce in gesso. La casa è perfetta per i visitatori che desiderano una casa pulita e moderna con tutto il fascino di Santa Fe! Le due camere sono splendidamente arredate con piumini e cuscini. La camera da letto principale (al piano inferiore) ha un bagno privato e c'è un altro grande bagno nel corridoio al piano superiore vicino alla seconda camera da letto. Un piccolo ponte fuori dal soggiorno offre un luogo tranquillo per un caffè / tè mattutino o un rinfresco serale dopo una giornata trascorsa visitando la città o sciando nella splendida Santa Fe. La casa è dotata di riscaldamento centralizzato e aria condizionata ed è dotata di Internet ad alta velocità e Smart TV HD nel soggiorno e in entrambe le camere. Un camino a gas completa il quadro. C'è un box auto singolo e un parcheggio aggiuntivo, fuori strada, per una seconda auto.

My husband and I stayed here for 11 nights in October celebrating our wedding anniversary. Great location close to downtown Santa Fe. We were comfortable here but could've been a little cleaner and basement bathroom sink was clogged. We spent some time cleaning the kitchen drawers, etc. before bringing in our groceries. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive and friendly!

The unit was located very close to the plaza. We were able to walk everywhere. It had beautiful artwork. The beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean. The kitchen was modern and well appointed. I did bring my own instant pot, which worked out well. Check-in was very easy. The host gave us a code and everything worked. We were allowed us to check in two hours early which was much appreciated.

Santa Fe Getaway

The property was in a great location and an easy walk downtown for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the gift basket. We had a lot of rain at the beginning of the week so having the garage was an added bonus.With the rain did bring some mildew odor in the lower level. We should have mentioned it to the property owner during the stay and not afterwards so it could have been taken care of.

Great place, great location, great management

This property is very nice. Located within a group of 5-6 well-kept garden homes that all open on to a nice courtyard. Parking space and a one car garage are around back accessed via the alley. The property itself is clean and nicely furnished. Location is great, just a block off Artists road (if you are headed into he mountains for skiing or hiking, it's very convenient). But still close enough that you can walk to the plaza in under 15 minutes. Finally, the owners/managers are great. They communicate well to make sure you enjoy your stay. They provided a nice welcome package with some chips, salsa, fruit, drinks. We would stay again.

Great place in Santa Fe

The house was perfect in every way. Great layout, clean, everything you could possibly need for cooking, comfy beds, nice bathrooms. The location was great too. The pictures of the house online are great, but when you get there you'll be surprised that it's much nicer and more open than the pictures make you think. Best VBRO I've stayed at.

Perfect Spot !

Great Location in Santa Fe. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Plaza. Great communication with owner and property manager. They furnish everything you would ever need. They provided many many food staples. We came for the Balloon Festival in Albuquerque and stayed in Santa Fe at this property and so glad we did. It was Perfect !

Four Sister Trip

What a FANTASTIC place to stay! This was a four-sister trip for the eldest sister's 60th birthday. We had a marvelous time in Santa Fe. But it all starts with where you stay. We arrived at the property, and we suddenly became actors in a show called "house hunters". We were so excited with the courtyard and then entering the property. All the little details that made you feel like you were a VIP guest. Owner Chris and his sister, Lynann (Property Manager) provided a yummy basket of goodies and a special celebration cake for my sister. The property was exceptionally clean and decorated with beautiful treasures found in Santa Fe. We felt safe and we were close to the downtown area. It was very easy to get around all of Santa Fe due to the property's location. If you're looking for the perfect VRBO for your stay in SANTA FE, stop looking and book this place today!! Our stay on Sunset

Wonderful location. Very comfortable house. Quiet neighborhood. Good amenities. We did notice upon arrival that the house could use a good dusting. We advised the property manager of this, and she advised that she had been out of town and was not able to inspect the property prior to our arrival. I would recommend this property unequivically.

Perfect Stay! Super Clean! Well Appointed!

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very well decorated and had everything we would possibly need. Thanks for the welcome basket, such a nice personal touch. Perfect in Every Way

I can't say enough about this casita in Santa Fe! The bedding and furniture are extremely comfortable, the Southwest decor is perfectly done, and all appliances were in great condition. Every small detail was anticipated, and the property manager even supplied a cooler when we asked for use of one during our stay.She was prompt and pleasant in all interactions. Also, this has to be the quietest place we have ever stayed. No noise blocking devices were needed because there was so outside sounds whatsoever. Both walking to the plaza and driving to other locations outside the city were easy from this location. A return trip to Santa Fe will definitely include staying here!

Excellent stay in Santa Fe

We had such a great experience at Chris’s house. The location is excellent, everything we could have needed for cooking and comfort was there and the welcome basket with goodies was very thoughtful. Plenty of parking and in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the plaza. The decor is lovely and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this property for a family or couples traveling together! We hope to come back again and stay next year!
