I could not give a five because the upstairs guest bathroom was clogged and would fill up as soon as you turned it on.it was nasty . I called guest services twice. She said a guy came out and said it was draining. SLOWLY..I stopped brushing my teeth and went downstairs to the bathroom because it barely drained. After your shower, you were also standing n water. Sink and shower in guest bathroom upstairs have draining problems. I knew aluminum front door is needed. It’s broken and slams hard every time you forget to shut it gently. It’s aggravating. Living room and kitchen were great.

FooFighters Adventures

We were 4 friends visiting Santa Fe - the property location was so ideal for us - it was close to the Plaza, we can walk the Fort Marcy trail in 20 min and explore. We loved the space, very clean and we play card games. We also appreciated all the amenities and extra touches on the supplies (shampoo, conditioners)... lastly, there was NO CHORES to check out. That's awesome!

Great stay but a few dis-connections

At the address there were a number of complexes with no directions which parking lot or where the property was. We had not been sent a code to get in the door. There was a kitchen drawer that was marked Guest Indi but nothing was in the drawer. We had to call to get the Internet Code. The rooms were beautiful and location was perfect. The staff we met working on the property were very kind and helpful. no wash c

I can’t say enough great things

This was an awesome rental! It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The management was great at getting back to us about questions or concerns. The location was great, close to town but very quiet. All in all, we would definitely come back and stay in this unit.

We enjoyed a week in santa fe. The popeerty was great. Convienent to where we wanted to go, beautifully landscaped, and really helpful staff who helped us with our bags.

#40 Needs some attention

Front screen door broken. Front panel dishwasher damaged. unit needs some TLC. overall, a nice stay for our weekend of Zozobra celebrations and the craft fair in the square. Its the perfect location. We feel safe staying here.

Amazing Property and Gorgeous Condo

The check in process was very easy! We did have a small issue as the check in manager told us the pool and hot tub hours but then neglected to mention that the building was currently being re-roofed and therefore closed. That was a bummer as that was a huge factor in deciding the location to stay at. I will say the condo more than made up for the pool and hot tub being closed. The decor was so beautiful. The beds were super comfy and the patio is outstanding! We had everything we needed and you can tell the owners put so much love into creating such a warm cozy and inviting place to stay! They had gorgeous fiesta ware dishes as well as the wine, margartia and other glassware one could want. Paper towels, cofee filters and more were fully stocked and I couldn't have thought of anything elsewe may have needed. We will definitely stay here again and just fell in love with the property! Highly recommend!!!!!

The condo was clean, comfortable and easy to find / access. Two areas for improvement: 1) Desperately needs a new front door and screen door. The lock is awful and doors are too. 2). Just needs a few amenities in the kitchen like additional papertowels, foil or plastic wrap.
