“Property is nice and elegant but the AC wasn’t working in part of the hotel. We booked 3 rooms and two of them the AC didn’t work. We were there in June . We asked for two adjoining rooms and they couldn’t accommodate.”

“Had to wait for clerk who was on a personal call. No Wi-Fi.
No night manager on duty.
Morning manager didn’t show up and breakfast could not be prepared because food was locked up. Mike Romero, the maintenance man, took charge, found the way to unlock the food to serve breakfast.
Long black hair in the bathroom.

“The pool and rooftop deck were really nice, great views. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Great location close to the plaza and really appreciated the valet parking in a covered garage on the property.”
