“Couldn't operate the TV in the living room. Staff came to help but as soon as they left I couldn't operate the TV again. Some paint needed in the bathroom next to the tub. Ants in the kitchen. Walked to the city center and square. Overall it was very enjoyable. I would stay there again.”

“I didn’t visit the pool or the bar. The staff provided minimal effort. It is not a leisure resort by any means. It’s more of a motel feel. I had a suite and it needed to be updated in every possible way. It was very incredibly dark, even when all lights were on and the blinds open. I will not stay here again. I booked the hotel as it was away from The Plaza area, to have freedom of self parking. The location was fine.”

“Pool is closed indefinitely. Sure, they say they advertised that on their main website, but who books through main websites anymore, when 3rd party discount booking sites exist? The pool closure was NOT disclosed on Expedia. Highly disappointed in that, since the safety/pool/breakfast are the top 3 things I need in a hotel when I’m traveling w my kids. They need a place to burn their energy before bed.
Other than that, breakfast was well stocked and had a nice variety of items, the hotel...
