  • L'appartamento per vacanze "Casa Susana" per quattro persone, è situato al primo piano con un grande terrazzo privato arredato sul tetto. A piedi, a soli 10 minuti, potrai goderti l'incredibile spiaggia di sabbia bianca e acque cristalline di Can Picafort e anche altre come la spiaggia del Muro e la spiaggia di Santa Margalida.



    Il suo meraviglioso terrazzo le permetterà di gustare cene all'aperto con barbecue o rilassarsi sulle amache sotto il sole di Maiorca.

The stay was enjoyable.

The apartment turned out to be in a wonderful and quiet location, yet the beach, shops, and restaurants were within walking distance. The description of the accommodation fully matches reality — the apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay with family. The hosts greeted us with a welcome gift, which was a very nice touch! Detailed instructions made check-in and check-out easy, and the stay enjoyable.

Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich

Wir wurden mit einem großem Großen unf Reichhaltigen Geschenkekorb in der Wohnung begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus und wie man es aus solchen Ländern wie Spanien kennt, sind die Häuser sehr Hellhörig. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber man sollte das mit einplanen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, allerdings sind die Elektrogeräte etwas veraltet, was wir aber weitergegeben haben. Ansonsten ist die Dachterrasse sehr schön, man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden wiederkommen.

Wir waren jetzt das 5. Mal in dieser Unterkunft und fühlen uns immer sehr wohl. Sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand. Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Liebe Grüße

Ideal space and a amazing roof terrace

Ideal space, amazing roof terrace, not directly in the middle of the nightlife but we loved that, also next to supermarket, that was great. Only minutes to the beach, and like 10 to big crowded area. We strongly recommend. Although it would be great if they install a better WiFi, was a bit weak, and we did a workation, which was partly annoying. But otherwise really, really great.

Die Wohnung war sauber und wir hatten ein schönes Willkommensgeschenk. Gemütliche Atmosphäre. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Für Kinder vorbereitet und zu empfehlen. Wasserleitung sehr laut und wenig Wasser in der Küchenspüle. Das Bild der Anzeige vermittelt etwas, dass die Terrasse in der gleichen Etage ist, leider ist diese aber in einem anderen Stockwerk. Das ist etwas schade und überraschend gewesen. Ansonsten aber ein super Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Top Lage und trotzdem ruhig

Es war sehr heiß aber mit drei Klimaanlagen in der Wohnung ist es erträglich gewesen. Der Standort der Wohnung liegt am Anfang des Strandabschnittes und ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen - Top. Die Lage ist ruhig -echt klasse. 100 Meter ein Supermarkt, 5 Minuten zu Fuß und man ist auf der Einkaufszeile oder unten am Strand an der Promenade. Mitten im Geschehen und doch Ruhe. Parken kann man vor der Tür. Besser geht es nicht.

Beautiful Apartment in Can Picafort

We have just enjoyed 2 wonderful weeks at this beautiful apartment in Can Picafort. On arrival we received a lovely welcome basket of treats from our hosts. The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped with almost everything we needed. Our favourite spot was definitely the roof terrace, a perfect oasis to get away from it all while enjoying the sunshine. The apartment is in a lovely neighbourhood and only 5 minutes walk from the beautiful white sandy beach, supermarket, forest walks, fantastic restaurants, library and shops. We had a minor issue when the front door lock broke but the management were quick to respond and by the end of the day there was a new lock in place so it shouldn't be an issue for any other guests. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and would definitely visit again.

18 Days in Can Picafort

We have been travelling to Can Picafort for the last 20 years and this is one of the best apartments we have stayed in. It is a real home from home. Well resourced with everything you need. Would be good to get a few English channels on tv - even if only for the news . However the Wi-Fi was good so we could use our iPad. An extra set of keys would be useful, although there is a key box if someone goes out whilst someone is on the upstairs terrace it means messing with taking keys off the key ring or waiting for the person who is out to message to say they are back as the person left behind needs a key to get into the apartment if they leave the terrace - or it’s a hike up and down to the key box which is not really practical .

Beautiful Apartment in Can Picafort

We have just enjoyed 2 wonderful weeks at this beautiful apartment in Can Picafort. On arrival we received a lovely welcome basket of treats from our hosts. The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped with almost everything we needed. Our favourite spot was definitely the roof terrace, a perfect oasis to get away from it all while enjoying the sunshine. A few things to note -There are two toilets which we weren't quite sure of on reading the description of the property. The TV has only German stations, and the mattress on the King Size bed is VERY firm. We moved into the twin bedroom and slept better. The Air conditioning was excellent and much appreciated especially at night and there was no extra charge for this. The apartment is in a lovely neighbourhood and only 5 minutes walk from the beautiful white sandy beach, supermarket, forest walks, fantastic restaurants, library and shops. We had a minor issue when the front door lock broke but the management were quick to respond and by the end of the day there was a new lock in place so it shouldn't be an issue for any other guests. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and would definitely visit again.

Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen

Bei Anreise konnten wir problemlos den Schlüssel aus der Schlüsselbox mit dem uns bekannten Code entnehmen. Da die Wohnung 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit WC und ein zweites WC hat, war es für uns absoluter Luxus, weil wir nur zu zweit waren. Die Sauberkeit war deutlich über dem durschnittlichen Niveau des typisch "südländischen Standards". Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet, hier fehlt es an nichts!Reichlich Töpfe, Pfannen etc. Kaffeemaschine, Sandwichmaker, Toaster, Wasserkocher, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefreierfach, Cerankochfeld, Mikro, Spülmaschine... Die dazugehörige Dachterrasse gehört euch allein, aber immer schön dran denken: Den Schlüsselbund bei sich tragen, sonst könnte es sein, dass ihr nicht mehr in die Wohnung kommt-) Die Lage ist Top, mitten unter den Einheimischen in ruhiger Lage, und trotzdem zentral. Zum Strand von Can Picafort brauchten wir ca. 5 Minuten. Von dort aus kommt man zu Fuß auch an Strandabschnitte abseits von den ganzen Sonnenliegen. Kauft euch eine Bodenhülse für den Sand und einen passenden Schirm dazu, billiger als die Liegen mit Schirm! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch reichlich, kleinere Läden für das alltägliche sind überall vorhanden, 1,5-2Km entfernt gibt es einen großen Aldi und einen Lidl. Ca. 200m von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich fußläufig ein großer Eroski-Supermarkt. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Susana für den Wilkommenskorb mit reichlich Obst, Knabbereien, Wein und Kekse!!!

Nette Wohnung, Eroski fußläufig 5 min, Dachterrasse auch mit nur einem Schlüssel gut machbar, Klimaanlage gold wert, sehr toller Begrüßungskorb mit vielen Zutaten. zum Strand ca 9 -11 min, zur Promenade und den Lokalen ca 10 -14 Minuten. Alles rund um gut!

Apartamento muy bien ubicado a pasos del mar y supermercado. Todo funcionaba muy bien y el lugar es mejor de lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. Tuvimos unas vacaciones increíbles en familia.
