Appartamenti a Santa Maria

“The awkwardness of the sloping ceilings was the only problem with the room. It is depicted in the photos of the room, but you can’t really appreciated the restricted access until your are actually there.”

“Friendly & responsive host, great clean apartment as advertised with hot water and comfortable stay steps away from town. Can’t wait to go back! ”

“We stayed in one of the hotel apartments. Very convenient for our little family, with excellent access to the pool area and a short walk to the breakfast and other facilities at the hotel. We had a brilliant stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“Très bel appartement, décoration très soignée, très bonne literie, quartier calme et résidence sécurisée. Boissons fraîches dans le réfrigérateur. Explications pour accéder à l’appartement très précises, accompagnées d’une vidéo. Échanges très réactifs avec Nikola. Je recommande vivement cet appartement. ”

“The apartment was clean. The communication to and from the Franchesca was great. The property was easy to find and parking is very close to the entrance. Do be warned, you have to climb 2 flights of stairs, there is no elevator. And of course, we packed way to much. There is also no air-conditioning. There are 2 floor fans and if you open up all of the doors and windows, you can get a good breeze. We were here the first week of September and it is still very hot and very humid.”
