Casa Luni was created to give you a comforting and welcoming experience. It is located in the Barrio de la Cruz, a very quiet place away from the noise where people from the community live with their animals. The streets are typical of PUERTO ESCONDIDO without paving, very close by motorcycle or car to the beach of La Punta and places tourist. So it is perfect if what you are looking for is privacy and tranquility. WE HAVE STARLINK

It is a three-story house, on the first floor, there is the kitchen, dining room, living room, pool area, terrace and a full bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, each with a full bathroom and a balcony with a hammock.
On the third floor is the rooftop, where if you are lucky you can see whales in the distance, since it has a good strip with a view of the sea and the air is fresh to spend the afternoon, read a book or simply enjoy the company. of your guests.

The house is easily accessible. We are two blocks from public transportation and a 15-minute walk from La Punta. In the house we have an independent garage for one car. The most comfortable way to get around is by scooter.
REMEMBER THAT PUERTO ESCONDIDO IS A TOWN STILL WITH UNPAVED STREETS WITH HOLES AND WITH ANIMALS OWN TO THE REGION

We are in the neighborhood of La Cruz located between two beaches, La Punta beach and Barra de Colotepec beach, they are walking 15 or 20 minutes from the house, in a very pleasant walk to enjoy.

The house is NOT IN LA PUNTA. We are in a quiet area but very well connected and close to important places.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
NOISE: Please keep noise at a respectful level at all times, out of consideration for our neighbors. No parties or events are allowed, and large speakers are prohibited.
NO SMOKING IN ROOMS: Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
