The Space:

The heart of the home is an open family-style kitchen with a breakfast bar and a handcrafted parota dining table, where the line between inside and outside quietly disappears. Step through and you're in your own private mini-resort: a swimming pool surrounded by a sun lawn, a grass volleyball and badminton court, a basketball hoop, hammocks, shaded palapas — and fruit trees heavy with organic bananas, papayas, starfruit, and mango, ready to pick.



The Layout

Three en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning and dedicated workspaces make the home as functional as it is beautiful. Starlink WiFi provides the strongest internet connection available in La Punta — ideal for remote work without compromise. A full second-floor yoga and movement studio features a wall-length mirror, stationary bike, weights, stretch cords, and mats. Two breezy rooftop palapas frame the view in both directions: one toward the sunrise mountains, the other toward the open Pacific. The fourth-floor sunset deck requires a daily climb — consider it your built-in Stair Master, and worth every step.



The design balances togetherness and solitude. Generous communal areas invite cooking, conversation, and shared meals. Private, cool bedrooms offer quiet whenever you need it.
