Accommodations
Additionally, as a unique feature of the house, we offer a new concept in swimming pools, known as a “living pool.” The water is free of chemicals; the plants and stones form a microecosystem that helps filter the water.
The house is quiet, with spacious areas for family time, work, or simply enjoying the natural surroundings. Four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning, and two separate TV rooms. The kitchen invites you to cook with your family while enjoying the view of the garden, which blends into the Huatulco nature reserve. Wi-Fi reaches every corner of the house, thanks to a mesh network system.

Guest access
The house has private parking. We’re a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Chaué Bay and 2 km from the Chedrahui and Coppel shopping centers, as well as local restaurants offering excellent cuisine. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable. We’re surrounded by the nature reserve, so you’ll find areas dedicated to the conservation of native flora and fauna.

Other highlights
The town center is 3 kilometers from the house, where you’ll find bars, restaurants, markets, and more. Bahías de Huatulco is widely known for its crystal-clear waters, making it an ideal spot for snorkeling and scuba diving. If you’re interested, we can recommend certified divers who can introduce you to this wonderful underwater world. It’s suitable for all ages.
