The top-floor primary suite offers complete privacy, while all additional bedrooms are conveniently located on the main floor with easy access to terraces and shared living spaces.

TreeTop Villa sits just above the shoreline, offering direct, easy access to a calm private cove and a safe swimming beach only steps from the villa. The protected waters of this cove within Tangolunda Bay are ideal for swimming, floating, and paddleboarding.

Two paddleboards are provided for guest use, along with a full set of beach amenities, making spontaneous beach days effortless. You can move seamlessly between the villa, pool deck, and beach throughout the day, all within the security of a gated private community.

• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
