Splendida villa all'aperto con piscina privata e vista sull'oceano

Questa villa di Huatulco offre un'esperienza architettonica unica dall'alto verso il basso. L'ingresso offre porte in vetro senza soluzione di continuità in un atrio concetto aperto. Da lì puoi seguire la passerella a forma di ponte nella bella cucina dello chef all'aperto. L'intera villa è costruita in un modo che mette in mostra le viste sull'oceano e l'ambiente tropicale nel miglior modo possibile. Non ti stancherai mai di goderti una cena nel bellissimo patio con vista sulla piscina e sull'oceano Pacifico sottostante.

La camera da letto principale è una scena di tranquillità con il letto matrimoniale e un balcone privato con vista sul Pacifico sottostante. Le suite secondo e terzo ospite hanno ciascuna un letto king size e si trovano al piano inferiore della villa.

Rilassati nel letto e guarda la tv nella camera da letto principale. O semplicemente rilassarsi in uno dei tanti punti progettati esattamente per quello in tutta la casa. Il soggiorno all'aperto è davvero un piacere.

Il bancone in granito che è il pilastro della cucina corre lungo la larghezza del Palapa simile a una cattedrale che lo copre. La cucina è unica nel modo in cui lo spazio e il ripostiglio sono stati incorporati nelle pareti rotonde del palapa. Questo concetto all'aria aperta continua mentre il tuo occhio viaggia verso la piscina a sfioro e la vista sull'oceano sottostante. È davvero un'esperienza rilassante da mangiare in questo ambiente!

Staff was friendly and helpful! The house was out of a magazine! It faced the ocean, it was surrounded by palm trees, and beauful pink flowers. The neighborhood was quiet. Across the street was a hotel and they kindly called a cab for us, without hesitation.

I love the outdoor living aspect and the pool area is incredible. The architectural details of this villa are fantastic. Its sparkling clean and very well equipped by the owner. The staff are meticulous and work extremely hard to keep the villa in top top shape. Arrocito is a fabulous central area, you won't be disappointed.

Our family is used to traveling over the holidays and our trip to Huatulco was amazing! The house was perfect for our family of six. Communication with MHV employees was quick and easy. They helped us arrange multiple tours throughout our stay and made sure all our needs were met. The grounds keeper, house keeper, and property manager were all extremely polite and helpful and even made sure we had a Christmas tree to decorate!

Outdoor living with indoor comforts

The outdoor kitchen under the palapa was nicely balanced with lovely air conditioned bedrooms all with on suite bathrooms for comfortable sleeping. It was hot and humid while we were there in late November so the pool was so useful and wonderfully warm. The cleaning staff were exceptionally pleasant and whenever we had questions the main villa contact person was also wonderful. A couple of minor issues were: the safe was not functioning and never got serviced as promised. Also we purchased our own extra toilet paper and paper towels as there was not enough available. Lastly we had daily visits by the local wildlife looking for food in the outdoor kitchen so it was imperative to keep everything put away behind locking doors including the garbage. We didn’t mind but it took a few days to get used to that routine.The location of the villa was in a lovely neighborhood above the backside of a hotel. There was easy access to the restaurant and coffee shop from the hotel, and a beautiful neighborhood beach with great snorkeling. We had rented a car to explore but one could take taxis to town with ease.All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Bella Vista.

The open living concept was great and the pool was in constant use. Hats off to Mr. Ramiro who was there 3 days a week to clean the pool and property grounds.The kitchen was stocked with everything a cook could need.There is also no need for a car as taxis are readily available from the hotel below.I would highly recommend this place to all friends and family.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the architecture of this home and the landscape was beautiful. I was disappointed that the ocean view is now blocked due to a hotel built in front of it. I was also disappointed by the makeshift fence that has been put up which hinders the view even more. I was disappointed that there was no real oven on the property. The small countertop oven that we were given did not work, so we only had a cooktop and the Barbecue. There were large ants everywhere, crawling all over the countertops and floors. We also had 3 scorpions in the home and 2 tarantulas, I feel the homes bug issues need to be addressed. Very minimal floating devices for the pool, I was happy I brought two with me, which I left there when we left because of the 3 that were with the home two of them had leaks. So at least now the home has a couple more for the next renters. The exposed garbage cans in the kitchen were also a real eyesore to the home. The location was very close to downtown only a short drive away, and the beach was also a short walk away, but if you have mobility issues this is not the home for you to rent, as there are many stairs and the walk to the beach is a steep hill. The enclosed garage was also very nice if you have a rental vehicle.

For the third time, the place was absolutely stunning. A gorgeous villa where the amazing pictures you see don't do the place justice. The views are amazing and the "perch" that overlooks the pool and the coast is breathtaking. The staff was great and took care of our every need and made sure we knew everything we needed to know to fully enjoy our week. It's just too bad it had to end so quickly! Looking forward already to next year!!

Overall good, several pros and cons

Pros: - easy check in - kind and helpful employees - well equipped kitchen, laundry and bathrooms - very clean - private pool was great Cons: - a hotel is being built right in front of the property, blocking the view of the ocean. The photos on the listing are prior to the construction, so we were disappointed to arrive and see a fence blocking the view. We could still see the ocean from other spots on the property, but the main view is gone. Something to think about: - a cab ride is needed to get to shops, bars, cafes. - property wouldn’t suit a family with kids under 8. There are lots of places where there aren’t fences or hand rails (inside and in the pool and garden). - when booking through My Huatulco Vacactions, skip the drink package. Cheaper and better option is to head to the store and buy your own supplies.

Huatulco Vacation

The property was located out of town on a hillside and was quiet with a fantastic view of the ocean. We loved the house! Open and roomy, the kitchen had everything to cook meals. It was a short walk to the beach or a short cab ride into town. The staff was incredibly helpful. If we needed anything all we had to do was call or text. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 5 weeks from Feb 1 to March 7 , 2020 .The property was even nicer than the pictures showed . It has a lot better view of the ocean than the pictures. There are currently 2 large condos being built next to the Punta Arrocito condos depending on how tall they are going to be they could restrict a portion of the view in that direction. But there is still plenty of ocean view we even saw whales on several occasions . We really like the open concept living area there was almost always a nice breeze blowing in that made it very comfortable . The master bedroom has an awesome view and very spacious area. The 2 downstairs bedroom are very nice also. All bedrooms have their own AC . The pool and pool area is very nice with a restroom next to it very convenient . They have a Gardner who watered the plants and took care of the pool daily . He came at 9:00 am did his work and left usually a he was there maybe a couple of hours . He was a really nice guy if he happened to be there when we had grocery's etc to carry in he always helped us. Jonathon was the property manager . He was prompt to answer our emails and phone calls to answer any questions etc we had. He was very lien ant on our check in and out time. Gaby was the guest services person also great to work with. Very helpful / helping us find restaurants , hair salons , shopping , etc. . If I had to say one negative thing it would be it takes a long time to get hot water in the showers . I would definitely rent this house again it is in a great / safe location with cabs readily available. I hope this review was helpful

He was a delight. The property Management company was very well organized in the booking and arranging anything we needed. Getting a taxi is a little more challenging here than where we have stayed before, but it was a short walk to a road where taxis traveled and we usually didn't have to wait too long for a taxi to come by.

Beautiful View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned from two weeks at the aptly named Villa Bella Vista and had a fantastic time. The layout of the villa was great with lots of room for 6 adults. Rooms were separated nicely with well functioning air conditioning, an ensuite in each and comfortable beds. The outdoor great room under the palapa was where we spent the majority of our time along with the pool as we soaked up the sun and the wonderful views of the surrounding properties as well as the ocean. The washroom by the pool along with the BBQ were also nice touches. House was located in a convenient spot in Huatulco, less than a 10 minute walk to Arrocito Beach or the main road into town, both Tangolunda and the town square were also walkable if you were feeling adventurous. House was clean and well maintained and the area was safe.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is a gem. Recently renovated, there is nothing but positive things to say. The two lower bedrooms are smallish but comfortable. The Master is great with wonderful views. We rarely left the premises. We cooked. Watched the stars. And debated whether we should go to beach--the pool always won out even though the beach was a 7-minute walk away. The location was quiet, even on New Year's Eve.
