Welcome to, "Beach Hideaway 30a!"

This stunning 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhome is newly renovated, family friendly, and full of coastal elegance! Situated on 30A in the The Legends of Santa Rosa Beach Neighborhood, the amenities offered are; two community pools, hot tub, beach volleyball court, tennis courts, 6 gas grills with picnic area, and covered parking. A boardwalk extends along the southern side of the complex offering easy access to the outdoor activities on the grounds, and also leads you to the Spooky Lane Beach Access, which is less than 300 yards away! This coastal townhome boasts balconies with peek a boo gulf views, quartz countertops, updated appliances, and an open concept living and dining area flooded with natural light. You and your family are sure to love the convenience of Gulf Place's shopping and dining, all within walking distance from this wonderful property.

Upon entering, "Beach Hideaway 30a," you step into the main living area, with open concept living/dining area, a 1/2 bathroom, laundry room, and access to the first of the townhomes two balconies. The dining table features seating for 6 in the homes interior, while there is additional seating for 3 on the balcony for those guests who enjoy dining outside in the salty air! The family room has plenty of seating for those family movie nights, and boasts a sleeper sofa in order to make the sleeping arrangements in the home flexible enough to meet the needs of any family group. Moving upstairs to the 2nd floor of the home you will find the primary suite complete with king bed, large ensuite, and access to the homes second balcony, and those peep a boo gulf views! This balcony has seating for 2 and provides the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee, or evening night cap. Just down the hall the guest suite features two full sized beds, as well as a private full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

We had an amazing week staying at Beach Hideaway 30A! The condo was spotless, cozy, and had such a relaxing beach vibe that made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. It was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated.One of our favorite things was how close it was to everything. We could easily walk to the beach and several great restaurants, which made our days so easy and enjoyable. The binder provided in the condo was super helpful, full of recommendations for restaurants, outdoor adventures, rainy day activities, and more. It really showed how thoughtful the hosts are.We also appreciated the daily devotional book—it added a special touch to our mornings. My kids were thrilled to have their own full-size beds, and they always looked forward to coming back to the condo after a fun day in the sun.As a heads-up: the condo is three stories, so there are quite a few stairs. At first, I wasn’t quite prepared for that, but it turned out to be a bonus! It felt like a built-in workout—especially nice after enjoying all the local food. The only small issue we ran into was that the kids’ bedroom door didn’t close all the way. It wasn’t a big deal and seemed like something that could be easily fixed by maintenance.All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend Beach Hideaway 30A to any family—especially those who don’t mind a little stairs workout! We’d definitely love to come back.
