Beach Access: Breath of Fresh Air and the Highland Parks Community are located approximately a 0.6 miles to convenient public beach access at Blue Mountain and 1.5 miles from the Gulf View Heights Beach Access, both having public restrooms.
Both also a short golf cart (or bike) ride away!
Pool Access: Just a short (about 4-minute) walk from the home lies the stunning Seasonally Heated community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls, a hot tub and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach. Seasonally heated March and April!
Highland Parks of Blue Mountain Beach is a new upscale resort community located among the highest elevations along 30A. Breath of Fresh Air is also steps from the Point Washington State Park, along with its many miles of meandering walking and mountain biking trails.

Pets are not permitted in Breath of Fresh Air at Highland Parks on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary steam-cleaning or deodorizing. Violations may also results in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
