Sarai a circa 100 metri dalle spiagge più belle e premiate negli Stati Uniti, quando affitterai la nostra vacanza. Non appena entrerai nel nostro condominio saprai di aver scelto il posto giusto dove rilassarsi e giocare. L'ampia planimetria si trova al 2 ° piano di un edificio a tre piani, dove potrete godervi splendide viste sull'oceano e sul tramonto.

*** Aggiornato di recente con il nuovo TV 43 "(Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, Etc ... capace), Blue Ray Player nella stanza dei bambini (Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, Etc ... capace) ... TUTTI I NUOVI LETTI INSTALLATI 1 LUGLIO 2018 !!

La nostra unità ha una master suite completa con un letto king-size, bagno privato, cavo / TV e accesso alla grande veranda coperta. C'è un ulteriore bagno completo e 1/2 bagno. Altre due camere da letto, una con due letti queen-size (w / TV) e l'altra con due letti singoli (con TV in camera dei bambini / Blue Ray). Tutte le lenzuola sono fornite. La camera familiare ha un divano letto queen-size, 40 "Flat Panel, Blue Ray). La sala da pranzo può ospitare sei persone e la cucina adiacente ha tre sgabelli da bar ed è completamente attrezzata con tutte le vostre esigenze di cottura. L'unità ha anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice sovrapponibili.

Le offerte complessive Beachside Villas sono una comunità orientata alla famiglia, con due piscine (una riscaldata per l'inverno), campi da tennis illuminati e shuffleboard. C'è anche un percorso in bicicletta / escursionismo sulla adiacente autostrada 30-A. Sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni sono disponibili per il noleggio in spiaggia. Ville sulla spiaggia si trova tra Destin e Panama City in zona molto tranquilla. Seaside Beach è a soli 5-10 minuti e ha un sacco di piccoli negozi e ristoranti caratteristici.

Resta con noi e sperimenterai la bellezza naturale della Costa Smeralda della Florida, dove la sabbia bianca è come lo zucchero e le acque del Golfo sono limpide e verde smeraldo.

Amazing!!

The property was amazing! We had so much room, and everybody had their own space! The unit was so clean and updated. The balcony is huge, which was a nice feature! There are 2 pools on the property along with a tennis court. The access to the beach is a quick trip away with the free shuttle provided. The shuttle arrived quickly, and the drivers were so kind. The owner of the property was very communicative and responsive. We loved staying here and will definitely return!

Homeowner was so nice to work with and very responsive.

Property was in excellent condition along with the grounds. The mgmt at the property was so nice and wanted to make sure our stay was the best. Only thing I would recommend would be that there is a closer hose connection so you could rinse off before going inside.

Great stay!

We had a great stay and very positive experience coordinating our stay with Brian. He was really helpful and it was obvious he is committed to helping his guests have a good experience. The condo was very clean, updated and everything was in perfect working order. We all thought the beds were very comfortable. Overall the space was exactly what we needed and even nicer than we expected. The rooms were good sizes and there is lots of closet/storage space that isn’t obvious from the pictures. The owner’s suite with private bath was nice but we also really liked having the additional 2 bathrooms that shared a tub/shower. It’s closer to the beach than we thought from just looking at a map. We were close enough to easily run back to the condo whenever we needed throughout the day. Much thanks to Brian and his family for sharing their wonderful place!

Perfect Stay at Seagrove

We had a wonderful stay at Brian’s place at Seagrove. Communication with Brian was very easy and he was very attentive and helpful with recommendations around the area. The condo is in a perfect location where it’s a super easy walk down to the beach, the condo complex also has a golf cart shuttle that we took advantage of on the days we had more stuff to carry down to the beach. We utilized the pool and pickleball courts at the complex and both very nice and easy to use. We rented bikes onsite at the complex and they were very comfortable to ride and super convenient to have them right there. So many places to ride around that area. This is one of our favorite places to travel to and I would definitely recommend staying at this location.

We had a wonderful trip to Seagrove Beach! Our rental was clean, bedrooms were comfortable, and the location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach every day and a quick bike ride to many local restaurants and shops.

Birthday Beach Trip

We stayed at this property for our daughter’s sweet 16. It was the perfect place for 2 adults and 4 teens. They thought of everything!!! I have never stayed at another Vrbo that was more equipped than this one!! The best part was the communication with the owners not a property management company. They were always willing to answer any questions we had. They also offered us lots of information before our trip like bike rentals etc. We will always book this condo when we travel to 30A.

Perfect for kids!

We had 4 adults and 3 kids, 5 and under on our trip to Seagrove. We loved our stay and found everything as described on the VRBO listing. The condo was clean, which was important to us with a crawling baby around, and there was plenty of room for all of us, even multiple options for a spot for the pack n play! We appreciated the extra toys and chairs available, and Brian was so helpful throughout the trip by checking in regularly and offering tips for us to make our vacation a success! We hope to come back again soon!

Heavenly 2024 Spring Break

We love this location and easy walk to the beach. The bedroom and bathroom setup is perfect for our family of 4. The condo was spotless and well equipped. The owners were great to work with throughout the process. We would love to stay here in the future!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The property was spotless and very accommodating for a family of 5. The amenities were amazing and the property owners were great to work with. The balcony is spacious and has a view of the ocean off the master bedroom. We are looking forward to staying again in the spring.

Beach Getaway

Great long weekend getaway

We came for a long weekend and had an amazing stay. The condo was very clean, well stocked with anything we might need, and close to the beach. It’s a short walk or shuttle ride to the public beach nearby which could be difficult if you have a large family or lots of beach gear. We didn’t have any issues with 3 small children, an umbrella, and a couple beach toys. We loved our stay!!!

Really great! but please note

The location is really great, and the condo is very well stocked with everything needed. We appreciated the chairs, umbrellas and toys. Easy walk to the beach, which was awesome since we had an infant. Excellent communication from manager. Please note you may want to bring a sound machine if you have a baby or are a light sleeper. You can hear everything! inside the unit and neighbors upstairs. Also, the place is small (says 1200 sq ft). More like an efficiency condo. It may sleep 8+ people, but know it will be close quarters. Minimal space for luggage in rooms or seats in the living room.

We loved our stay at Sandcastle!!! It’s beautifully decorated & very clean. The set up of this place is perfect for families. Plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils, beach chairs & beach toys!!! One of the best Condos we’ve ever stayed in!!

Brian was so accommodating and this condo was absolutely immaculate, and just as pictured. We enjoyed the balcony and watching the ocean. The beds were so comfortable and everything was so well stocked. The location is perfect for walking and biking. There was so much to do right at the condo complex. It was such easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!!
