The Bungalows at Seagrove è un delizioso e affascinante quartiere situato sulla 30A e 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Siamo 1. 2 miglia dal mare e 7 minuti in auto dall'hub. Per le famiglie / gruppi che vorrebbero essere vicini, abbiamo un'altra unità, vrbo 1304479 a pochi passi di distanza).

Il nostro bungalow è un'unità indipendente con 2 camere da letto al piano superiore e soggiorno / sala da pranzo al piano inferiore.
Noi forniamo:

* Griglia a carbone sulla veranda

- Cucina completamente attrezzata con utensili, pentole, caffettiera, frullatore, piatti, tazze, tostapane, ecc.

DESCRIZIONE DELLA STANZA
* La camera da letto 1 ha un letto a castello full size e un letto singolo con rotelle. La camera ha un armadio, un cassettone alto e una TV a schermo piatto da 32 pollici con bagno annesso
* Camera 2 ha un letto king size con materasso in schiuma, armadio, cassettone alto e una TV a schermo piatto da 50 "con bagno annesso e recentemente ristrutturato
* Il soggiorno ha una TV a schermo piatto 55 ”/ lettore DVD con un divano letto matrimoniale. L'estrazione ha un topper per un maggiore comfort.
* La sala da pranzo può ospitare fino a 6 persone e abbiamo altri due posti al bar.

DESCRIZIONE COMUNITARIA
I bungalow offrono due piscine e una vasca idromassaggio. Ha giardini paesaggistici magistrali, parcheggi adiacenti e marciapiedi, con numerosi ponti a piedi. Le piscine sono perfette per i bambini e sono a pochi passi dal nostro Bungalow. I nostri bambini, da 2 a 16 anni, si divertono molto a trascorrere tutto il giorno lì. La spiaggia è a 5 minuti a piedi e un'altra giornata piena di divertimento per i bambini in quanto è possibile caricare il carro (fornito con questo noleggio) e fare una piacevole passeggiata lì.

Seagrove è davvero il sogno di un vacanziere. Ci sono molte cose da fare durante il tuo soggiorno. Pesca, shopping, cucina raffinata, trekking, nuoto e semplicemente relax sono solo alcuni da menzionare. Ci auguriamo che decida di visitare la nostra casa vacanza in famiglia.

Flexible

it is a nice place close to the beach and flexible in time to check out because my daughter came from Europe and I had to run at the airport and my elderly mother had all equipment of oxygen ready for the long trip back home. Thank you!

Family vacation

Very neat bungalow with great location. Several things needed updating and/or cleaned better. Overall we had a great stay with no issues. Short walk to the beach, although you must walk when you get on the beach for public access but once we found the place it was not the far. Nice walking/running trails all throughout the area. Can walk to many restaurants and shops. This bungalow is also steps from the pool which was very nice. And the pool was very well kept, very nice.

Perfect for young families

We've been here twice now and we love it! The walk to the beach is very convenient and the pool is perfect. It's quiet (when we go) and always other young families around for our kids to play with. The property itself is a great size and well kept. We did have some concerns about the top bunk in this unit. The wooden beams underneath were bowing quite a bit when just my five year old was on it. So that may be something to look into. But other than that we only have good things to say! We'll stay here again!

Perfect for small families

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bungalow! Everything seemed updated, well decorated, and clean. It was a very quiet neighborhood, great pool, and good location to the beach. Walking distance to the beach access and a 2 minute drive to another beach access with bathrooms.

We loved our bungalow

This was our first visit to this area and we loved it! We will definitely be returning to this area and this place! The bungalow was perfect size for our family of 4 and we even had room for a couple more people if needed! It was very clean and in a great location! We had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful!

We love the bungalows! We have been to them 3 times now. Have a family of 6 and we are able to put all of our teens and even my 21 year old in the 2nd bedroom because it sleeps like 4! The dining table seats 6 as well plus 3 at the counter. The walk to the beach is doable, but learned this time to just go to the public beach down 30A right at Rom Thumb (2 palm trees on the roof turn left). Drop off family, park acrosss street in fee parking lot. It has a bathroom and rinse off station. We cooked meals, we played games and made great memories. Specifically. This is a great bungalow. Derrick and Thy provide extra little amenities like beach chairs and extra blankets and bigger beds for the kids room. And this bungalow is closer to the front entrance. They also responded to one small issue very quickly. Thank you!!!

weekend getaway

This was such a cute house for a weekend getaway with some friends. It's also right across from the beach. The only note I have for the owner is their is not a fire extinguisher that we could find.

Excellent Family Getaway

The Bungalows never disappoint. This property comfortable slept 2 adults and 4 kids. Easy access to the pool and a convenient walk to the beach. A great place to stay.

Great Week at the Bungalow

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was well-kept and clean. I love that there was space to move around. The only thing I would recommend adding is some kind of lock on the door that is out of a child's reach. When it happened, we were right with him, but our little boy unlocked the front door and walked outside. We were able to move the side table to the front of the door moving forward to keep this from happening again. We would definitely recommend the bungalow. Great price and wonderful, relaxing stay!

Off to a bad start

First, I want to say what happened was not the owners fault. When I arrived and put the code in the door and opened the door there was clothes and someone's stuff everywhere. About that time the property manager came up and said they were trying to contact the renters but they weren't responding. I had stopped at Publix and bought fruit and meat on the way to the condo. The manager contacted the owner and was told they would pay for my groceries and dinner for my family. I had more family members on their way to the condo and I was very upset. They called the police and everyone was worried that something happened to them. The manager and cleaners went in and put all their stuff in garbage bags and put them outside the conde. We went to dinner and when we returned there was garbage bags of stuff the renters didn't take still there. I called the property manager and ask that it be removed. There was also a crib and mattress that had been rented thrown outside the condo. I ask the property manager if the code on the door had been changed and he said no and was very gruff with me. I told him that me and my family needed to be safe and insisted the lock be changed. He was very rude and said he had worked very hard and was very busy. I told him the lock had to be changed. He said he would have to drive and hour away to get the lock and then drive an hour back and then put it on. I did not care. When he returned we ask him to fix the bathroom door downstairs because it was not on track and would not close. He said he would not fix it that night but would fix it tomorrow. When he returned the next day we told him the up stairs shower in the master would not turn on. He got a BIG screw and stuck it in the side of the shower handle so it would turn on and said that is all he had to fix it. It stayed that way all week. Also, the place was not very clean. I cleaned it the next morning. I was in contact with the owner and was told they were changing cleaners. I was reimbursed for groceries and dinner for my family. Because the owner (not the property manager) worked with me I would return. Overall we had a great time and loved the location and the pool.

Walked in to the smell of cleaning supplies. It was great! Everything was clean and perfect. It’s a great area for kids and families. Quiet at night and only a block from the beach. The host stayed in touch and made sure everything was good. Couldn’t have asked or found a better place to stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Holiday getaway

My wife and I enjoyed this VRBO over the Christmas holidays and loved the proximity to the beach and all other spots 30a has to offer. The place came with everything we needed and was perfect!

Great location for a quick beach getaway!

We enjoyed a great stay - easy walk to the beach and nice little community close to Seaside. The Property Manager provided very organized and helpful details upon booking, and check-in was hassle-free.
