Our beautifully appointed and nicely furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome is nestled among the palms in Serenity at Dune Allen, a charming community centrally located along 30A. 73 Old Winston Circle is located within steps to the community pool and only a quick walk or LSV ride away from the sugar white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our three-story home features an open concept floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, a covered balcony, and furnished front and back porches. Leave worries behind as you cruise to the beach in the 6-seat LSV or grab a towel and head to the beach. The beach access is just two blocks away (3 min. LSV ride).

The first floor of our designer decorated home features a full kitchen, a half bath, spacious living and dining areas, and access to the back porch. The fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless appliances and all the cookware and dinnerware needed to serve a gourmet meal. Designed with relaxation in mind, the living area offers new, plush furnishings, a sleeper sofa, and a smartTV. The dining area is designed with table seating for eight. The back porch is a perfect place to enjoy time with family and friends with comfortable furnishings, a grill, and an outdoor shower with a half bath.

The second floor features the primary bedroom, a guest bedroom and a cozy reading nook. The spacious primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed, a smartTV, access to a nicely appointed private balcony, and an ensuite private bathroom with double vanities and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, a smartTV. There is a convenient hallway bath with double vanities and a tub/shower combo. The reading nook is the perfect place to curl up on the sofa with your favorite book after a long day of sun!

The third floor is home to a guest bedroom furnished with a queen bed, a twin over full bunk bed, and a daybed with trundle. If additional accommodations are needed, guests are welcome to use the sleeper sofa in the living room. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer and high-speed WIFI is complimentary.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
