  • Adagio è una comunità esclusiva sul Golfo del Messico a Blue Mountain Beach, al largo di Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio gode di 600 'di facciata sulla spiaggia incontaminata ed è un complesso privato e recintato che fornisce un ambiente sicuro e confortevole.

    Questa bellissima unità con tre camere da letto e tre bagni ha una vista sbalorditiva sulla piscina a tre livelli di 8.000 piedi quadrati che può essere goduta dalla suite principale così come la zona giorno, pranzo e cucina.

    La cucina gourmet ha ripiani in granito con schizzi di marmo, stufa a gas ed elettrodomestici KitchenAid. La sala da pranzo può ospitare sei persone con spazio per altre tre al bar. Il balcone ha un tavolo a sei piani per mangiare all'aperto.


    Adagio dispone di due spettacolari piscine: la piscina lato golfo di 1.700 piedi quadrati è riscaldata e ha un bordo a sfioro che si affaccia sulle acque verde blu della Costa Smeralda. La piscina principale è di ben 8.000 piedi quadrati che è fresca anche nei giorni più caldi e comprende tre livelli con fontane e cascate. Una grande vasca idromassaggio si affaccia sulla piscina. Il ponte di ciottoli europeo comprende una varietà di aree salotto tra cui sedie a sdraio e tavoli da pranzo. Il centro fitness è situato in posizione centrale vicino alla piscina. L'area del prato davanti al golfo è un posto fantastico per ammirare il tramonto sul golfo o per godersi un incontro con la famiglia e gli amici.


    La comoda posizione di Adagio consente un rapido accesso ai vicini Grayton, Seaside e WaterColor, dove troverete alcuni dei migliori negozi e ristoranti in giro. La zona offre anche uno spettacolare percorso ciclistico / escursionistico di 17 miglia lungo la storica autostrada sulla spiaggia 30A. Destin è a soli 12 miglia di distanza. Porta le tue bici o noleggile mentre sei qui. Il giro in bici lungo 30A attraversa alcuni dei laghi interni più spettacolari del mondo. Noleggio di kayak sono disponibili anche sulla spiaggia di Adagio.

    Adagio è una delle strutture meglio gestite dell'intero golfo. Questo è un posto molto adatto alle famiglie. Si osservano ore tranquille dopo le 10:00 p. m. Accesso recintato con personale addetto alla sicurezza e alla manutenzione in loco sette giorni su sette.

    Il parcheggio è strettamente limitato a due veicoli per unità.

Enjoyed it all

We love Blue Mountain Beach. This was the first time we’ve stayed in a condo and we loved it. We used the chair service and would do that again. This unit looks over the pool which is large and beautiful. It is convenient to everything but secluded enough to be peaceful and family friendly.

Also the mater toilet chain seems to have been rigged to flush. Might need to be replaced. Check with cleaning crew they are getting all mold out of master shower, can seem to be the stone but is actual mold. Thank you for sharing!!

A few things we learned for our next time is to bring extra wash clothes or plenty of tide. I had to wash every 2 days (6 wash clothes total for a unit that holds 8 ppl). Something in the laundry room wall makes a loud noise when the dryer is running, but you get used to it after using it a couple of times. Plumbing is good. Be patient when flushing though. It takes a minute and sometimes looks like it going to overflow, but it doesn't.

Sand in sheets on one of the bunks, had not be changed Large sliding door from LR to patio out of alignment, wont lock. Dining room chairs need to be replaced. The added ice machine was a wonderful touch. It’s a short walk to the beach, both pools are absolutely amazing and was never overly crowded, the balcony gets full shade in the afternoon, and there are plenty of valets to utilize when you arrive and checkout.

They not only were loud the heat they produced when you walked into and out of your condo was very hot. Who ever designed this made a hugh mistake. They should have been put on the roofs. Other wise we loved the place. Had a great time and we definetly will return.

Pool was really nice. Beach area could have been swept more. Bedrooms (type of beds) did not match the listing. The condo wasn't as clean as I thought that it should have been - black stuff in bottom of master bedroom shower, etc. and barely enough towels for everyone to have one per day. Washing machine and dryer (dryer particularly) were less than desirable for keeping the towels clean.

Great quiet location

We love staying at Adagio because you are right on the beach and you have the luxury of the pool and beach without having to walk very far. The condos are very spacious for large families and this particular condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need, including beach chairs to take down for a day on the beautiful, sugar white beach! This is such a quiet, nice place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. This was our second time staying at Adagio and we can’t wait to visit again!
