Questa unità angolare completamente ristrutturata e decorata professionalmente ha tutto! Le viste da quasi tutte le finestre di questo condominio a due piani, aperto, non deluderanno. Accesso alla nostra piscina privata e a tutte le piscine del Resort Acquerello. Accesso a diverse porte private sulla spiaggia. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno. Ampio balcone avvolgente al piano principale e due balconi extra per le camere matrimoniali. La cucina si apre sul balcone principale e si affaccia sul golfo. Opere d'arte originali in tutto il condominio.

Place was immaculate and excellent in convenience. Hosts were perfect. Access to Watercolors amenities and staff were all amazing.Only hiccup, which wasn’t terrible in the grand scheme of things, was the aerial red arrow on VRBO indicating the unit location seemed to suggest it was in the front house closest to the beach (above their other ground floor unit)

We were very impressed with the condo! The owners thought of everything when preparing for any age. They included books and games for entertainment. Very nice layout, relaxing, great location, and the decor was perfect! We would stay again in the future!

Our stay at this property in Florida was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, even before, the host went above and beyond - extremely responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in providing a great experience. The house itself was beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained. We felt right at home! The location was perfect- just a short walk to the beach and close to all the pools and amenities. It was the ideal spot for our family vacation. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Wonderful minus a/c issues

A beautiful property with perfect location. Only hiccup was the A/C was not working properly for 3 days and nites of our trip. Owners did their best to correct the problem but couldn’t seem to get it working for more than a day before it stopped working again. But, I understand that new units are being installed in couple days. In which case, we will be back!

Worth every penny

Gorgeous property with amazing views! Beautifully appointed and steps from beach access. We loved waking up every morning to the gulf views and having coffee overlooking the sand and surf. You get what you pay for at this property and it’s our new favorite after 10 years of staying at different rentals in the area. Owners are very responsive and helpful. We loved it and we will be counting the days until we can return.

Luxury with Ocean Views

The property is beautiful with equal views of the ocean. The spacious condo well appointed and well taken care of. Beautiful condo with amazing views

This condo was the perfect getaway for our six person multi-generational family beach vacation! The location can’t be beat with ocean view from both floors, walkability to Seaside shops, and access to Watercolor pools, including Camp Watercolor, which our kids love! The condo is beautifully furnished and many thoughtful practical touches have been added for guests. We have stayed in Watercolor many times and it’s safe to say the owners have thought of everything in this rental! Nikki was so helpful in sharing information to book beach chairs, golf cart, etc., and very responsive to any of my questions prior to and during our stay! This was hands down the best lodging we have stayed in on 30A!

5-star condo at Watercolor

The Southern Shores is an amazing condo. Beautifully furnished and very clean. The kitchen was perfect! We used it for breakfast most days! My children loved the bunk beds and the living room was perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The couches were very comfortable. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and several beach towels to use as well. Great location, a very short walk to the beach, watercolor restaurant and beach club. We will definitely stay here again. The owner was very accommodating and super easy to communicate with!

Just Beautiful

This property is beautiful inside and out! The location is amazing...just steps away from the pool, beach, Beach Club, shops, and Watercolor restaurants. The accommodations/furnishings are high end and interior is stylish and yet comfortable. The views from the balconies are spectacular. The unit was immaculate and the owner was a joy to work with! Will be back!

We loved this property and will be back ! The home has a beautiful inteior with an excellent kitchen to cook in while the waves roll in. 5 star quality. It was my wife and I and our two little girls as well as my mother and father. There were plenty of space for all of us to thoroughly enjoy ourselves. Many books were read overlooking the ocean from the master bedroom. It was heaven. We cannot wait to return!

Wonderful condo on the beach

We had a lovely time at the Southern Shores condo in Watercolor. Our hosts were very kind and responsive and the location is clean and beautiful. Was a perfect little get away for our family of four. I really enjoyed how the place was nicely decorated and every detail thought of. Beach supplies and towel were provided. Even toys for the kids to use while at beach were stored in the beach closet. The beach is right there, and there are several patios you can sit in to enjoy the views of the water. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed cooking there since we have been trying to stay in our little socially isolated safe bubble these days. Both Whole Foods and instacart deliver to the doorstep so it made it super simple to get groceries. One thing about the area, for you city people, there’s no Uber eats or DoorDash Or even pizza delivery so for food you have to eat out or cook. I enjoyed cooking so worked out great. Thank you Nikki for lending us your beautiful spot on earth. We can’t wait to come back for another long weekend sometime in the future.
