Questa è un'unità eccezionale e spaziosa che si trova sulla spiaggia con le scale direttamente sulla sabbia dal ponte avvolgente privato. Tutto il necessario per trascorrere una fantastica vacanza è tuo. Lusso di 1 ° piano a pochi passi dalla spiaggia dal nostro condominio di 1800 piedi quadrati. Il complesso Sugar Dunes ha 24 condomini, nella migliore zona di Seagrove, ed è situato in una zona di noleggio meno popolata tra due grandi (ma affollate) città del golfo di Destin e Panama City.

Ne vuoi di più? Visita la pittoresca cittadina colorata di Seaside o Rosemary Beach in bicicletta o in auto a pochi chilometri di distanza. Ancora di più? Un parco statale con pista ciclabile a soli 500 metri dall'unità. Che posto fantastico per le tue vacanze in famiglia.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our spring break week in this beautiful condo! Our favorite was the two sets of beach chairs/umbrellas set up for us everyday! Beach access was the easiest we've ever experienced and a total game changer for beach days! My only suggestion is for the cleaners to use a more natural cleaner, the condo smelled strongly of fabuloso when we checked in and throughout the first day.

Great everything!

Everything about this rental was perfect and easy. From booking the property and hearing back quickly to the location which was exactly as described to the condo itself, it couldn’t have been better. The location is literally on the beach and the condo is spacious and decorated well. The check-in process was so easy and even though I needed to make a last-minute change, the owner worked with me and made it so simple. We had one minor issue and management responded immediately and quickly came on site to fix it within a few hours. We loved it and would absolutely stay again.

Fabulous on the Beach Condo

We loved the condo as it was very roomy, had great kitchen & den with surround windows views of the beach and beautiful water in Seagrove. The sunsets were yummy! We will definitely want to return next year!

Family Vacation

We stayed here for a multigenerational family vacation. The unit was perfect! The views from this corner unit were awesome and the beach access cannot be beat! The condo was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We hope to return!

Great beach vacation!

The condo was very spacious and clean - and right on the beach! The view of the ocean from the kitchen and den is stunning. Communication with the property owners was excellent. We had a great vacation!

Amazing beachfront location and views!

Could not be any closer to the beach. Beautifully decorated with amazing views sitting on the porch, from the living room, kitchen and even from the master bedroom. Everything you need and very close to Seaside, Alys and Rosemary Beach. Great shopping and dining. Will definitely book again!

Great views!

We enjoyed the property and beach very much. The swimming hole was great for my 4 year old to swim in, especially on red flag days. Only complaint is that the upstairs tenants were very loud. It was not intentional but their 3 children seemed to be stomping on the floors all hours of the day and we were woken very early almost every morning to these unfortunate sounds.

Great week on the beach.

We loved the size and location of the property. Our family loved the condo and will return again and again. The kitchen and dinning room/living room was like being on the beach. This unit offers the best access to the beach and a wrap around porch with palm trees and a sunset as our pre-dinner view. Loved all of it.

Girls “60” Beach Trip 2021

Sugar Dunes #1 was perfect for our girls trip. Plenty of room, nice amenities, great sunset views, access to beach was too easy which was so good. Great location. It was a great week.

Phenomenal Stay

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sugar Dunes !! - Being a corner unit, the views were spectacular. It is great to be able to see the storms as they come in from the west and south without having to be outside and look around building structures. - Also the flag indicators are right outside the condo, so you can easily assess the swimming conditions. - The furniture was great for the group to watch tv on those days when it was raining or really windy. - Since this was our first time to stay in the unit, we had a couple of questions for the realtor. He was quick to respond and provided us great information. - The 2 double beds were perfect for our 2 grandkids to stay in. Being on the lowest floor definitely made access to the beach extremely easy. - Having the garage for the unit was a real plus for us since we had 4 days with storms. - It was a great unit and we will definitely look to stay there next summer.

Family Friendly Beach Vacation - Get ready to relax!

The unit is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. You can't get any closer to the beach as you can walk down into the sand directly from the wrap around balcony. This is a perfect rental for a family with young kids as you can take breaks from the beach, relax on the balcony, or just enjoy meals at the dining dining table with you loved ones.

Beautiful Area

Such a great location. Cannot beat the sunsets. Could not find the pack and play. Luckily, we had brought one along, but did find a highchair in the garage if one was needed. Will definitely be returning!

Great with kids

If you have small children, this spot is great. It’s easy to walk back and forth from the beach to the condo (think potty training and popsicle runs). The condo has three bath tubs, which was important for us this year. There is nothing like watching the sunrise and sunset here. It was a great spot to go during the pandemic because the beach is not crowded. We look forward to returning at some point!

Beach Stay

the view is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. For some reason we didn't get any checkin information, we had to call property manager for codes for gate, garage and door. Two of the three tubs drained very poorly and one of them had no shower head when we arrived. The head was replaced and one of the tubs started draining better. The bedroom with 2 beds had double beds not queen size. We cook a lot and I was somewhat disappointed with the cookware (non stick and it was peeling off in our food.). Overall it was a great vacation, just a lot of back and forth with the property manager, but she was very quick to respond, with results.
