  • Bella Vista è un cottage sul mare originale, costruito nel 1981 in Tupelo Street. Il suo caratteristico arredamento da spiaggia con il suo portico a grande schermo lo hanno reso una destinazione familiare preferita per molti anni. Essere solo la seconda casa su Tupelo lo mette a pochi passi dal padiglione sulla spiaggia.

    Il cottage può ospitare fino a 6 persone con 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, ognuna con bagno completo, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, snack bar e cucina su un unico livello. Trascorri la giornata in spiaggia o goditi la piscina privata e le strutture per il tennis di Seaside.

    * Sabato a sabato noleggio in stagione.
    * Parcheggio per 2 auto.
    * La tariffa (escluso il mese) include fino a 6 pass per servizi a Swim & amp; Tennis Club. Se necessario, ulteriori passaggi disponibili per

Comfortable family beach house

We loved our 5 day trip to Seaside! This quaint, original Seaside cottage is ideally located on Tupelo and had everything we needed. We loved the big, screened in porch and the large outdoor shower. Very short walk to the beach and a short stroll to pool/town center.

Just fun

Ive been coming to Seaside for years but this trip i wanted to stay in Seaside instead of just driving there. Found a great place through VRBO and the rest was a breeze. Will definitely be booking this rental for another trip.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Fell in love with the house due to the "beachy" vibe. Very comfortable and warm accommodation. The large porch area provided plenty of room to relax with friends. It's so close to the beach access I didn't need to wear my flops. It has the best equipped kitchen I have ever experienced with a rental. Everything about this place screams "Relax, you're at the beach!" I liked it so much I went ahead and put down a deposit for next year.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this home- as long time Seaside visitors we are familiar with the town and knew we wanted to be near the beach and an easy walk to the town center since we have small kids. We also appreciate the history of this house. The screen porch was great to have as we had several rainy days. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having an outdoor shower with some privacy that led into the indoor shower. It helped us not to track sand and water in. Having one level and no bunk beds was safer for our kids as well we felt.We did inquire about the availability of kids toys or chairs before arrival and were told there were none but were pleasantly surprised at a closet full of beach toys and a couple of small chairs. Only complaint was not having a blanket for the sleeper sofa and having to use a beach towel over the sheet for our son at night. It would be great to have a blanket on a shelf for use if needed. We were happy to have the amenity of free bikes through Xplorie and it was easy to arrange drop off for the week. Thank you for hosting us!

Not only is this original Seaside Cottage super clean and organized, but they were able to locate my laptop computer and planner after we'd left the state, and mail it back to me immediately, with a calm, streamlined and systematic process. Unbelievable! And.... the free bikes we got with their bonus dollars, was great! We will stay with this company from now on! :)
