The property includes both Bella Luna and the main home dubbed Goodnight Moon. These can be rented together or separately, depending on your 30A vacation needs! Bella Luna includes two bedrooms, two baths, and can accommodate up to four guests. It’s the perfect getaway for couples, small families, or friends!

A set of steps and a cozy front porch greet you upon arrival. As soon as you step inside, you’ll feel enveloped in a calm energy that makes it easy to relax during your stay in paradise. The interior gives off a distinct Floridian flair, featuring shiplap walls, sleek hardwood flooring, and coastal accents throughout. The living room includes a cream-colored sofa that faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a built-in entertainment center. Light-brown floors extend into the dine-in kitchen. The kitchen has a stone countertop, spacious white cabinets, and a retro-styled turquoise refrigerator. In the center, a butcher-block island and chairs offer a place for casual meals. Three large windows create a sunny atmosphere for cooking and dining.

The guest bedroom is located on the first floor, just off the living area. You can access the sunlit room through a chic, sliding barn door. The room features a king-size bed, several large windows, wall-mounted TV, and a private ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Ascend the open staircase to the second level to find the primary bedroom. The primary suite boasts a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, and a pitched ceiling which adds to the feeling of spaciousness.

In addition to its comfortable accommodations, Bella Luna is conveniently located near the historic village center of Grayton Beach. This places it close to everything you’ll need during your stay! The sugary beach is less than a nine to ten-minute stroll from the property. Western Lake—one of 30A’s rare coastal dune lakes—is just as close by. In the village center, you will find a variety of great restaurants like Chiringo’s and the Red Bar, as well as funky shops like the Zoo Gallery that embody the eclectic vibe of Grayton Beach. As one of the central coastal towns on 30A, Grayton also provides convenient access to the other cute beach towns along the scenic highway, including Seaside, Blue Mountain Beach, Rosemary Beach, and others.
