DETAILS: Sun-soaked coastal fun awaits at Allen Overlook. This 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom Dune Allen escape comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with multiple communal spaces. Indulge in lackadaisical days relaxing in the outdoor spaces, swimming in the private pool, and unwinding on the beach—only a 7-minute walk away.

Designed for socializing, the first floor of this 3-level home offers a vast living area with a comfy sectional, Smart TV, and convenient wet bar. Large windows and glass doors fill the space with natural light and lead to the backyard. Sip lemonade in the sheltered sitting area, spread out on the sun loungers, or cool off in the pool’s sparkling waters. At the end of the night, retire to the guest bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. For convenience, a laundry room is on this level.

Venture to the second-level great room, elegantly adorned with shiplap walls and pale wood floors. A soft couch and armchairs beckon guests to sit back for an evening watching TV or catching up in the living space. Very nice stay. Neighbor next door asked me about the place. Told him it was very very nice. He took a picture of outside. His place not so nice. He intends to rent this place the next time.
