DETAILS: Nestled in the heart of Seagrove Beach, Sun Sational features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. Spend leisurely days on the sun-soaked beaches or glide down the Timpoochee Trail to visit nearby Seaside and WaterColor—only a 16-minute bike ride. Guests will love the private heated pool, expansive outdoor courtyard, and a quick 6-minute walk to beach access.

Natural light showcases a thoughtful design aesthetic as guests step inside the entryway, prepped to catch the day’s beach bags and gear. The living, dining, and kitchen areas share an open-concept floor plan, allowing guests to maximize their time together. A gourmet kitchen with white cabinetry and premium appliances offers a spacious place to prepare meals. The dining table seats 8 guests, with room for an additional 5 at the kitchen breakfast bar. In the living area, wood floors and natural elements create a welcoming space to gather on comfortable seating surrounding a 65†TV. The room opens to a covered patio overlooking the home’s outdoor private oasis with a pool and propane grill. A guest bedroom with a king bed, TV, and a private bathroom is in the front hall.

A primary bedroom, a guest bedroom, and a bunk room are on the second floor. Guests staying in the primary bedroom will enjoy a king bed, TV, a private covered balcony overlooking the courtyard, and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom down the hall features a king bed, TV, and private bathroom. The bunk room is ideal for kids or teens and has a TV, 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a private bathroom. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is adjacent to the bunk room.

With 3 nearby beach access points and a private pool, Sun Sational is perfect for a relaxing Seagrove Beach vacation. Parking is available for 3 vehicles, and guests can explore on a complimentary 6-passenger Low-Speed Vehicle or the 4 included adult bikes. Lovely Family Beach House

We stayed in this beautiful beach house to celebrate Christmas and New Years with our family. Our little grandchildren loved the swimming pool which was heated and comfortable even though it was cold outside! Our entire family watched movies together and enjoyed meal times together in the gourmet kitchen. The house was clean and stocked with every necessity. We had a wonderful time!

Very nice.

It was a very nice stay. It’s a great house, well equipped kitchen, lots of bath towels. Great location. The oven was acting weird or maybe I was the one unable to control it properly, I called the property manager and she was prompt and ready to help. The technician came within 20 - 30 minutes max after the call. Great service! The kids loved the bunk beds. The only negative criticism is that the rugs need to be washed, they are a little on the dirty side.

Good house for multiple generations

The house was in a good location, the golf cart gave us convenient access to drop off all our stuff at the beach, all appliances were in great working condition. The downstairs bedroom was great for the grandparents as grandpa has trouble with stairs. The only real negatives were that the bunk room has sliding barn doors with no handles - very hard for young kids to maneuver and offered no sound buffer from the noises being carried up the stairs - and the kitchen was stocked okay but not great for making big family meals. It could use a little more of everything. I would think it would be perfect for people with slightly older kids who eat dinner out or who eat simpler meals.
