PRIME LOCATION & BEACH ACCESS Ideally situated in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, this coastal haven provides convenient access to the area's renowned beaches and top attractions. Explore the charming shops and eateries of Gulf Place/Ed Walline Beach Access (about 4 miles), or embark on a scenic hike through the natural splendor of Grayton Beach or Topsail State Parks, both within a short drive. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Cessna Landing boat launch (less than a mile), offering endless opportunities for boating, paddleboarding, and kayaking adventures.
SPACE & COMFORT Step into luxury with four beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a master suite boasting a king bed and private bathroom, and three additional guest rooms each featuring Queen beds, ensuring ample space for up to 10 guests. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen air mattress, perfect for accommodating larger groups. Relax in the spacious living room adorned with a 60” smart TV or gather with loved ones in the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, creating lasting memories in a setting of coastal elegance.

We have four parking spaces in the driveway and multiple spaces across the street. There is space for a boat or RV.

Located in the heart of the Santa Rosa Beach local community, in the midst of beautiful homes and down to earth long time residents, this house offers an opportunity to experience the life of a local area resident away from the congestion of the beach highways. Experience stillness and quiet at night with little to no background noise.
HOUSE RULES:
*The booking guest MUST be at least 21 years of age and present throughout the entire stay!
* Pet Policy: We welcome up to three dogs WITH prior approval AND payment of pet fee. No aggressive breeds.
* Respectful Conduct: Kindly treat our property with the utmost care and respect during your stay.
*Please be aware that we do not function as a "hotel". We provide basic “starter” supplies for your convenience. For example, we supply 2 kitchen trash-bags, 2 rolls of tissue paper, one roll of paper towels, and small detergents, soaps and shampoos. If you have a large party or feel that you may need more than the items mentioned above, please prepare adequately for your stay.
* Prompt Communication: Should any maintenance issues arise or if there's any damage to the property, please notify us promptly so we can address it with efficiency and care. In case of emergencies, please dial 911 first, then inform our property managers.
* Events: YES, with restrictions. As a tranquil retreat designed for relaxation and rejuvenation, we kindly request that any events hosted on the premises be quiet as to ensure the peace of our guests. Guests found violating this policy will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. That being said - events ARE allowed (ie, weddings, get-togethers, reunions, etc); loud, drunken parties are strictly forbidden.
* Community Courtesy: We are nestled within a serene residential neighborhood, surrounded by families and fellow guests. To ensure a peaceful environment for all, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
* Please make sure any Grill/firepit are clean before leaving (if applicable). HOUSE RULES:
