Sunny & Cheers è incastonato a Grove by the Sea al largo di 30A a Seagrove. Abbiamo fatto così tanti ricordi felici nella nostra casa al mare che vogliamo condividerli con gli altri. Abbiamo 2 ampie camere da letto con bagni privati. Proprio fuori dalla nostra porta sul retro c'è una delle due piscine del nostro quartiere che è fiancheggiata da molti bellissimi alberi e marciapiedi tortuosi. C'è un campo da tennis con un obiettivo di basket su cui abbiamo adorato giocare. Goditi un sorso di caffè sull'altalena del portico ascoltando le onde dell'oceano su uno dei due portici schermati. Fai un giro in bici in spiaggia o al mare per prendere un gelato o un formaggio grigliato (uno dei nostri preferiti). Tante belle opere d'arte circondano le pareti di artisti locali e regionali in b / c, la nostra famiglia possiede la Studio Gallery di Grayton Beach ... assolutamente da visitare! La camera da letto principale ha un nuovo letto king size e un grande televisore a schermo piatto montato. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e due letti a castello. La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata e dipinta di fresco e pronta a fare ricordi con la tua famiglia. Tutto questo con un accesso diretto alla spiaggia!

We’ve never stayed somewhere where the host was as nice, caring, and accommodating as Taylor. We can’t say enough great things about her. The house itself is perfect for a family - great proximity to the pool, the ocean, nearby restaurants and shops. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back to stay!

The best compliment I can give the experience is we've come back to stay here 3 years in a row! Great house in a quiet neighborhood just steps from the pool, a short walk from the beach, and a quick bike ride to the food and shops at Seaside. Communication with the owner has always been quick and easy. Very friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful time in Seagrove!

Our family had the best time at this cozy beach house in Seagrove! Taylor is an attentive and gracious host-leading up to our trip she was so helpful with suggestions and tips to help us maximize our time and experience in 30A. Her sweet home is even more captivating in person and was the perfect homebase for our stay. Her style and decor exudes warmth and comfort. It truly felt like home away from home! The location is fantastic, tucked away off 30A (for peace and quiet,) but just a short bike ride to seaside, watercolor and the beach. There is so much to do right outside your door- two pools within the complex as well as a basketball and tennis/pickle ball court. We did not want to leave and are looking forward to coming back again. We loved every minute!

“Comfortable, Convenient, and Hosted to Perfection”

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The location was fantastic, with everything we needed close by.What really made our experience stand out was how incredibly responsive and helpful the host, Taylor, was. Perfect Beach Getaway

This house was the perfect distance from Seaside, as well as the beach, and lots of restaurants. The house was extremely clean, and equipped with everything we felt we needed. The owner was extremely proactive, and checked on us multiple times to ensure that our stay was going well. We loved our time at this cozy beach cottage!!

Immaculate, well appointed, great location. Home is in a quiet neighborhood but close to the beach and great restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. We will stay here again without hesitation. The “Four Seasons” of accommodations.

Beautiful and cozy!

We loved our stay at this sweet beach house! Beautifully decorated and super comfy. We were so appreciative of the beach umbrellas, chairs and toys to use! Super close to the pool too which my kids loved. Extra towels and coffee an added bonus ! Thank you for letting us stay !!

2nd stay in Seagrove

We loved it so much last summer we came back! Great home in a quiet neighborhood. Just steps from the back door to the pool. A short walk to the beach. Bikes provided to tour the area. Not far from Destin or Panama City - so you can hang back and relax, or go find some activities. We love the house - very clean, comfortable, and well supplied. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Would come back again!

Perfect vacation

We had a great time in Seaside! The house is in a very nice area, clean and quiet. Very convenient access to the beach and neighborhood pool. Cutest beach house

This was our second time staying at this adorable beach house. You will not be sorry booking this house. It has everything you need for your stay; beach towels, bikes, wagon, beach toys, just to name a few. This property was exceptionally clean, the beds are very comfortable, and it’s tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s also decorated adorably and is so cozy and welcoming. Taylor is an amazing hostess and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. She was very responsive to any questions we had. Can’t say enough good things about this property.

First week of summer

From the moment we arrived, the property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and welcoming. For our family of 5 coming together for a vacation, this was the perfect spot! The house had everything we needed, it didn’t have clutter, it was well kept, and comfortable. If I HAD to write something “negative” it would be that one bike made a little noise, but it became a family joke of who would pick it (always me)!! But keep in mind, the bikes are complimentary and such an added bonus!

Fun Place for Our Family

Wonderful place

Beautiful and cozy home that is very clean in a wonderful neighborhood. The owner is very easy to communicate with and responds fast. Every room is well stocked which makes the vacation so much easier. The neighborhood has security that rides by often which is comforting. Definitely will be staying here again.

Sweet little beach home

We adore this sweet little beach home. This is our second year here. Access to the pool out the back door and the bikes are a couple of our favorites. A very short walk to the beach in early morning is delightful and invigorating start to the day. Amenities within the home are impressive: the kitchen is flush with everything needed for gourmet meal prep and presentation, cabinets are stocked with games and books for everyone to enjoy, and the beds are the best. But the best part of this home is the consummate hospitality of your hostess. Taylor is the best. She is lightning fast responsive and will exceed your expectations in making sure everything about your stay is flawless. We give her and here home our highest recommendation and will be back often. You will not be disappointed.

Cozy Beach House

We had such a wonderful time! The home is lovely. The pool access is fantastic if you have small children. We did rent a golf cart to go back a forth to beach. If you’re traveling with adults or older children, it wouldn’t be a terrible walk. The location is great for shopping and dinning. The owner, Taylor, was so accommodating and responds very quickly. I didn’t mention this during our stay, but did at check out. The exterior doors on the home are extremely difficult to open and close. As I said, I did mention that to Taylor at checkout and she lined up their maintenance man to go out that day. I would suggest it is time for a deep clean of the home, but no complaints. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Extremely nice property with neighborhood pool adjacent to home. Close to Seaside for many things.

Great time, house was cozy and comfortable for our family. The beach area was not crowded and fairly close to house. We enjoyed having the pool right outside our back door. Our host was amazing and wonderful to work with going the extra mile to assist when needed.

Very nice property with great location! Short walk to the neighborhood’s beach access - much less crowded than the public accesses. The neighborhood pool is steps away from the back door. Loved the screened porches in the early mornings and late evenings. Communication with the host was excellent! Quick and thoughtful responses to our questions about activities and services in the area prior to our stay.

Highly recommend this beach house! It was perfect for our family of 5. Accommodations were very comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing time.
