Amazing in every way

The home was perfect. Beautifully decorated, clean and the kitchen was equipped above and beyond compared to all our previous rentals. The management company communicated well and responded to questions within minutes. Our family of 12 couldn’t have asked for more.

Spacious Watercolor Beach House

Gorgeous, spacious, well decorated beach house in Watercolor with a large, fully outfitted kitchen. The third floor is great for kids to play and sleep. Lots of room for family and friends.

Wonderful Venue

The home is in a great location! The spacious living/dining areas are big plus! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Plenty of parking! We will definitely stay again!

The Best

This house was perfect for our family of 10… grandparents, 2 adult children and their spouses and 4 grandchildren. We had another family of 5 who couldn’t come, but the house would have easily accommodated them. With the number of living spaces, both inside and screened porches, there was more than enough room for everyone. The kids loved having the pool at the house, playing ping pong and spending time up the spiral staircase. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and was such a nice place for our family to gather. We had a couple of issues with the fireplace and kitchen faucet and Sanders Beach Rentals sent immediate help. We were extremely impressed with Sanders as they checked on us before, during, and after our stay.

Beautiful large home with pool

This property was exactly as advertised. Very clean with lots of bedrooms. The screened in porch areas were our favorite. Also love the bikes and golf cart.

Beautiful home, perfect for our large family holiday

First let me say that Sanders Beach Rentals was FANTASTIC to deal with. Hands down the best property managers that I have ever dealt with. They addressed every single issue we had within minutes. They were extremely helpful when my husbands golf clubs got left at the house and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! The house itself was laid out perfectly for a large family or multi family get together. The location is right off the paths and close to everything. Having the golf cart was a huge bonus. This was our first visit to Santa Rosa but we will definitely be back!

Beautiful and spacious home!

Our family of ten celebrated Thanksgiving in this lovely home. It was so peaceful to start the day with coffee on the back porch with a view of the woods behind the house and we saw deer early in the morning. The kitchen, dining and living room were the perfect setup for conversation, cooking and games gathered around the large fireplace. The ping pong table on the third floor was a huge hit with the kids! The furnishings and design were comfortable and lovely for relaxing. Can’t wait to return!
