Enjoy generous space and a great location close to the beach at this lovely home. Unwind, knowing the water is just a short walk away! The outdoor fun isn't limited to the sand either, with various parks and trails for enthusiastic hikers to embark on. Bring your clubs and try one of the nearby golf courses or have everyone pack their rackets and hit the tennis courts together for a game before heading back.

Step inside and feel the relief of central air-conditioning to contrast the warm Florida air outside. Catch a partial ocean view from the third floor on one of the multiple private balconies. The lovingly furnished home is decorated in tranquil pastels and beachy neutrals. The full kitchen is perfectly set up for putting together full meals to enjoy together. Everyone will find a spot to rest within the curated bedrooms. As the day draws to a close, unwind in the spacious living room and watch your favorite movies on the TV before turning in for the night. Bikes are also available, so come prepared to have a great time!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was great. nice and clean, plenty of towels and wash clothes, AC was working perfectly as it was extremely hot outside that week. The bikes were great even though one of them the chain broke but i called the company and the chain was fixed the next day. Pool was pretty clean and we mostly had it to ourself that week. We rented a golf cart but beach parking was limited to about 12 spots that filled up quickly, I parked on side of road and got a 125 ticket which ruined my day. Other than the ticket the week was great and house was awesome.

Great with a few tweaks

We really had a lovely time! Everything important worked well and we felt at home. The kitchen could use more silverware and a few more baking dishes, and honestly, a deep cleaning. Many of the dishes we pulled out had crusted food residue on them. Otherwise, all was great!

Great Location for Beach Vacation

Love the location. Easy access to beach with golf cart and bikes included. Amenities included in the house are lacking. Basic kitchen items missing. Single serve Kuerig is a pain when you have a group of adults who drink at least 2 cups each morning. a 12 cup coffeepot would be great. Bath towels are small, thin and rough. One bathtub didn't drain, electrical problems!! Outlets that didn't work, ceiling fan light randomly turning off and fan going into high speed, high pitched should emitted from bathroom outlet at odd times (middle of the night). Upstairs bedrooms have no usuable drawer space for clothing. There also was no written information regarding the property left on sight. All of our former rentals always have some type of binder with property information and local recommendations. We have stayed in this complex before and love it but would not book this unit again.

surprised

no parking next to beach access and a longer walk than expected, many electrical mysteries and lights/outlets not working, missing some basic kitchen items and extra blankets. nicely decorated and pleasant back porches to relax on, but some broken chairs and items left from previous renters (shovels and sand, towels). broken art pieces on wall. Nice to have cart and bikes included and to be able to bring pup!! nice space for group of 6 to spread out in for privacy and comfort!

Great Location

The beach house is really nice and we loved bringing our dogs with us. The golf cart made it so easy to get to the beach and the neighborhood was really quiet. Having the pool was great too! We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location with all the extras

Perfect location 1/4 mile to beach. Walkable, but great having bikes and golf cart. Be sure to sign the approval paperwork beforehand, to allow access to both the 4 bikes and the golf cart. Unfortunately, we missed out on using the 4 bikes and the golf cart first 2 days since somehow it was not clearly communicated that approval papers needed to be signed ahead of time. However, once I inquired, we were permitted access right away. Also there is wagon & beach chairs provided for your use. The ac on 2nd & 3rd level went out the last night, but thankfully the 1st floor had a separate ac unit that worked. Just a few recommendations…putting dressers in each room to store clothes that do not require hangers. Also, it would be helpful to have 2 paper towel rolls and more than 1 garbage bag. Couldn't hurt to provide more soap for kitchen and bathrooms to get started.

Wonderful place

Very clean, nice and well maintained property. My family and I really enjoyed this place. The Golf cart was definitely a plus too. This place is in the perfect location for seclusion, less than 1/4 mile from the public beach access. Also close to all the things 30A has to offer with just a short cart ride. Very quiet at night and the mornings out in the balcony were perfect. We for sure will make plans to stay here again.

Nice Beach Place

We were a family with th four adults and one baby. We used our car to haul things to The beach accèss we would have used golf cart or wagon but the car was easier. It is an 11 min walk to the beach access. I think because of all the bulk of infant equipment my daughter might have preferred to be closer. Place was quiet and the pool great . I liked the way the property is surrounded by a nice green space and a little “ set apart” from the many cottages all around.
