This large, beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath beach home is only minutes from the gorgeous waters of the Emerald coast, and located just down the street from the community pool! You will love riding to the beach in the FREE 6 seater golf cart that is included with your rental of this home!

By reserving this property, you also receive a credit to be used toward beach gear rentals and services at La Dolce Vita! This includes bike rentals, beach chairs, beach chair/umbrella set-up, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences, and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family! As if that wasn't enough, while staying at "Serenity Now Beach House" you are only minutes away from 30A's newest beach access and right down the street from, "Stinky's," a locals favorite restaurant.

This home is located in Santa Rosa Beach on the west end of 30A in the popular family friendly neighborhood of, "Serenity at Dune Allen." The neighborhood is situated directly across from the brand new public beach access, which is equipped with plenty of parking, nice new bathrooms, and a large ramp all the way down to the sand. It is minutes from the popular shopping, and dining area of Gulf Place, so it is an easy golf cart ride away, and close enough to take a bike ride down 30A to get your morning cup of Joe from, "Sunrise Coffee." You, and your family is sure to fall in love with all that this gorgeous home has to offer! Decorated for calming beach house comfort, and welcoming solace for a family to enjoy.

The first floor open concept is a perfect place to hang with all the family and be sure that everyone is included. The kitchen offers beautiful granite counter-tops with stainless appliances, a dining table with seating for 6 guests, and an additional 3 seats at the kitchen island. Off of the kitchen is a Master Suite, complete with a king bed and a large master bathroom, with double sinks, and a large walk-in shower. Also on the first level of the home is a half bath off the hallway, as well as a laundry room for your use.

The second floor retains 3 additional bedrooms, as well as a large second living area!! This large second floor bonus room is complete with a large flat screen tv, foosball table, game table, bar area, and a covered balcony! This large second space will provide your family plenty of room for everyone to spread out during your week together! There are two additional king suites located on this floor, that share a Jack and Jill bathroom, as well as an additional bunk room. This bunk room includes a twin over queen with twin trundle bed. Additionally, through the hallway, there is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, making it the ideal space to get those kiddos cleaned up after a warm vacation day!

After a long day at the beach, feel free to rinse off and leave the sand behind by using the outdoor shower located on the side of the home. If you still haven't had enough time outside for the day, you can enjoy one of the homes 3 outdoor areas! The large screened in front porch displays a sectional, a rocking chair, and a flat screen tv. You can also enjoy the salty air and sunshine on the homes back porch, or balcony off the 2nd floor.

During your stay at Serenity Now Beach House, you can enjoy spending your days on the white sandy beaches and Emerald Coast, lounging by the community pool, or enjoying your family time together inside this beautiful beach home! Just one visit in this amazing home, and you will know you have found your annual family vacation spot!

The Town Center is located 5-7 minutes from the neighborhood and is host to an amazing amount of events, live music, culture, nightlife, artists, and much more!!!

Starter Amenity Package:

All guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dishwasher pods ( x1) toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods (X1), and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours of your stay.
