Welcome to "Sea It All" – a 10+ bedroom, 7-bathroom Beach Resort that sleeps 26 people! This home boasts 3 floors with three large living areas for family gatherings, gourmet kitchen, home theater room, full-sized heated (additional charge) swimming pool, sand volleyball court, Gulf views from two of the four expansive decks and balconies and a six-person golf cart. All of this is a short walking distance to Seaside, and just 1.5 short blocks to the beach! Guests do not have access to elevator.

Design and Floor Layout

First Floor (sleeps 10): Upon entering, you will notice the casual comfort of the fun family beach party oriented first floor. There are lots of memories to be made here! There are four bedrooms on this floor – two with king-sized beds, one with a queen-sized bed, and a bunkroom with four twin beds. The deluxe furnishings and artwork were selected to compliment the beachy fun, family friendly style of this floor. There are six TV’s on this floor – one 75” TV with surround sound in the living room, three 65” and one 52” TV’s with Sonos soundbars in the bedrooms. This floor also has a wet bar and refrigerator in the living room and a second laundry room. On this floor, you can relax with a game of shuffleboard, watch movies with the kids, play games provided in the living room media center on rainy days or access the resort style backyard complete with a full-size pool and sand volleyball court. While you are outside, please be sure to capture the moment and take a few selfies with Squigly, our Sea It All octopus mascot, mural as the backdrop (selfie mural). Second Floor (sleeps 6): One level up the second floor welcomes you into the elegant, yet cozy hub of the home. The open concept great room on this floor is sure to meet all your gathering and entertainment needs. The gourmet kitchen and dining area can accommodate large gatherings where multiple families can gather in a luxurious setting. The kitchen has double ovens, two dishwashers, microwave, multiple coffee makers, all the kitchen appliances you might need and a large pantry. The artwork on this floor is inspired by glorious local landscapes and architectural wonders designed by some of the world’s finest architects. This floor boasts the iconic “Bongo Suite”, inspired by fellow Austinite and all-around cool dude, Mr. Matthew McConaughey. The king-size bed and lush furnishings are just part of the appeal. The spacious primary bathroom has a large double vanity, jacuzzi tub and large shower and toilet room. Trust us, no one can have a bad time in the Bongo Suite. Alright, Alright, Alright! Like the other floors there is also a four-bunk bunkroom on this floor. Like the other floors, there is a large front balcony with comfortable seating to gaze at the ocean and enjoy the ocean breeze or sunset.

Third Floor (sleeps 10-12): Venture up yet another level and the 3rd floor beach spa welcomes you in theatrical style; making way for some swanky lounging and regenerative down time. Here you will find the cushy Media Room paying tribute to the iconic Bad Boys of Summer. Just like the first and second floor, the third floor is decked out with luxurious furnishings, striking artwork, oversized 4K LED televisions and Sonos audio in every room. This floor boasts two primary en-suite bedrooms. The Beach Babes Suite, a welcoming lush adult oasis with a king size bed and lavish furnishings - including a beautifully styled vanity for preparing for unforgettable days and nights and an invitingly comfortable chaise lounge for relaxation and recovery before retiring. There is also the Paul Newman Suite, which is decorated in a relaxed, but sophisticated beach spa style. This suite is also equipped with a king size bed and sophisticated and inviting furnishings. There is also the Scandinavian beach bedroom with a king size bed and connecting bathroom. A four-bunk bunkroom rounds out the accommodations on this floor. The Media room can also double as an eleventh bedroom if needed. The third floor balcony boasts beautiful beach and sunset views and offers ample comfortable seating where you can toast the end of a wonderful day while listening to your favorite music on the balcony Sonos speakers. (TV on back deck is not working at this time)

So, whether you are grilling shrimp on the barbie, cooking a gourmet meal, playing an exhilarating volleyball or shuffleboard game, catching a movie on one of the 15 oversized LED televisions, or just catching the ocean breeze from one of the four decks and balconies; please be sure to leave your worries at the door. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that a six-passenger golf cart and a beach concierge service credit for beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes and etcetera is included depending on the length of your stay.

"Sea It All" is located in Seagrove Beach, just a short bike or walk to Seaside. Seaside and Seagrove Beach offer an eclectic mix of charming accommodations and upscale resorts, numerous galleries and boutiques, along with funky beach bars and unique gift shops, and is one of 30-a's most highly sought-after areas. This home is perfectly situated for multiple families or your corporate group to enjoy all 30A has to offer.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. All rentals including Spring Break, require a minimum of one (1) person 25 ratio years of age or older for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age. Finally, please note that smoking of any type is not allowed on this property and that use of the elevator is not included with your rental.
