Clean and comfortable

Accurate listing and a clean unit in a 4-plex. Very comfortable mattress and 2 bathrooms. Owners are pleasant and helpful.

Perfect location for us!

This was the first time visiting this area of Florida for us. The main objective for our visit was to spend some quality time with our granddaughter, while also getting away from the Wisconsin winter for awhile to enjoy some sunshine and beach time. We found the apt. to be in a very convenient location to do all of the above. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable and had most of everything we needed. We felt very welcomed as we entered the apt.; it was tastefully decorated and smelled wonderful! Courtney and Mark relayed a message letting us know to contact them anytime if there was anything we might need, or if we wanted information on things to do in the area. Their response time was very quick on a couple of occasions when we did contact them. They were very careful about giving us privacy while at the same time being quickly available if needed. We enjoyed getting to know them during some outdoor visits in the yard when outside playing with our granddaughter. In fact, our granddaughter found a wonderful playmate and friend in their daughter of the same age, which was helpful to us in keeping her entertained. Such a down to earth wonderful family. Location of the apt. was very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and just a short drive to the amazing beaches, where we went as often as we could. We will very likely stay here again, when returning to visit our granddaughter. Thank you Courtney and Mark for a great first time visit to this area!

February Stay

True thoughtfulness went into this property. Beautiful window coverings that cast prism reflections, bladeless fans in room with bunk beds, extra trundle bed in the closet, Netflix, Wi-Fi, porch swings, magnifying makeup mirror and the list goes on. Our family really enjoyed our stay in this quaint condo in a quiet community. The central location was super convenient, in close proximity to the beach and local stores and restaurants. We loved it and 100% recommend!

We booked here and had our fingers crossed, hoping for the best. And we were SO pleased! The owners were friendly and helpful before we arrived and made themselves available when needed. The property was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We could walk to a nice choice of restaurants nearby. No doubt, we would book this place again. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for our family time just off 30A.

What a great spot, clean, plenty of room, great parking, and so easy to get to. Literally minutes from the beaches of 30A and some of the best “local” restaurants you will find on the emerald coast. We will stay here again soon!

Mark and Courtney were awesome, kind, and very friendly. Beautiful 2-bedroom condo, very organized and clean. They were very helpful in giving us tips where to go. They made sure we were okay and didn't need anything. I would definitely go back with them. Thanks again for your kindness :)

A perfect 5 star home away from home!

Simply beautiful! This place is a perfect home away from home! Made us feel like we had a luxury apartment with out breaking the budget and not far from the beach eirther which is awesome by itself. Just a a short drive to many different beaches or bike ride. Everything was super clean and well designed. The host was super friendly and suggested places for us to visit while we was visiting Florida. The place was super relaxing. I really wished I could have packed up the whole apartment and taken it home with me! I would definitely recommend to stay here and will reserve it again myself!

Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! Courtney and Mark were so easy to work with, friendly, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great location, they even gave us tips on the best/least crowded beach areas to visit, which was perfect. Property was lovely; very clean, quiet, and easy to get to places along 30A as well as Sandestin/Destin. We will definitely stay with them again!
