“We truly loved the price and location to beach. I did not realize it was as small as it is but we managed that. The hot water had been turned off but my husband fixed that . However the water tasted strange and we didn’t drink it. There are some supplies, cookware missing from unit but it looks like maybe you’ll be renovating.”

“The condo was nice and the common area was very spacious. It could have been better if one of the 3 sofas made into a bed. There was a nice semi private room off the kitchen with a sofa and large tv but would have been more useful if the sofa made out to a bed. I found having 4 different codes to access everything very irritating and a pain, the only code easy to remember was the condo gate code. The gate to the beach from the pool area was very hard to work and several other guests at the pool...

“We enjoyed our stay. There were some things that could be improved but wouldn’t stop us from visiting again and recommending it to everyone. However the tile was dirty. We spilled water and wiped it up and the paper towels were filthy. Would not go barefooted. We wore house shoes. And the couch, I’m sure was cleaned but looks dirty. We wouldn’t sit on it without sitting on towel. Hated that there was no WiFi, but oh well we survived. ;) It is a great little town. loved all the food trucks...

“Bungalow is in a quiet community. Pool is good sized. Beach is short walk but public/private beach fiasco. We would drive to the public beach access right down the road because they had a ramp to pull wagon and it worked out for us. The beach chairs provided are all broken except one so we went and purchased one for our use. We loved it here and would definitely stay again off season before it’s so crowded.”

“We love this place! We spent an entire month here, as we did in 2023 (see my Mar 3, 2023 review), and will be back again! The beach is a 5-minute walk from the door, and there are numerous restaurants & shops within easy walking distance. Other beach communities (with plenty of restaurants & shops) are close by, as are several state parks (with great walking trails). The condo is cheerfully decorated, comfortable, and well-stocked. The hosts are easy to communicate with and go out of their way...

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It was in a great location close to restaurants and just a 6 min walk to the beach. The pool area looked very nice though we didn’t use it during our stay. This condo was the perfect size for the two of us, however the bedroom is pretty small. We weren’t able to unpack as there was no dresser and only three hangers in the closet. Other than that, the kitchen was spacious as well as the balcony area. Quiet location, too.”

“The house was fantastic… spacious and clean with lots of room on the porches for hanging out. The online pictures really don’t do it justice… it’s such a great house. We walked to the beach daily and it’s a short walk to restaurants. Highly recommend!!”

“Great vacation and great accommodations. Loved this condo. Very comfortable. If there were any negatives at all it was the cell service (assuming owner can’t do anything about that) and trouble with TV (run into this a lot now with so many using stream). Wanted to watch March Madness and couldn’t get anything live. Condo was really nice. Loved the balcony and spent a lot of time sitting out there. Pools were great especially the heated one and beach access was perfect! Hope to visit again...

“The place was lovely. Clean, does not provide hand soap, had laundry detergent available & love having washer/ dryer in condo. Walk easily to beach, restaurants, stores. Poor lighting at night, limited sidewalks, people are cautious driving. Bridge on 30A out due to construction by Rosemary beach ( going east on 30A) which was inconvenient. Have a 25 minute detour around the construction. Had a wonderful time. Great location. Would go back! Note- no elevator so if on 3rd floor need to...
