Welcome to "Belle of the Beach", a thoughtfully updated condo that's nestled in front of the sought-after 30A in Santa Rosa Beach! It's secluded in the heart of paradise, yet only a short distance from Destin & Panama City Beach, with their exciting attractions.

This spacious 3 bedroom condo unit sleeps 8 people comfortably. You will have a full-size kitchen stocked with everything needed for meals or snacks.

Free use of beach towels, beach chairs, and other beach equipment.
Located in the charming community of Beachside Villas.
The condo is dog-friendly (Up to 2 well-behaved dogs permitted – $175 per dog fee)

You are only:
About a 5-minute walk from 2 public beaches & a coastal dune lake or a very quick ride on the condo's beach tram.

You are permitted to rent a golf cart when staying at this unit.

Beachside Villas condo is located in Seagrove Beach, which is right next to Seaside. You'll find plenty of restaurants within a few miles.

Absolutely no smoking inside the unit or on balconies. This will result in additional fees.

To help you get settled, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essential items for every reservation:

* 2 dishwasher pods
* 1 small bottle of dish soap
