Questo bellissimo condominio all'ottavo piano recentemente rinnovato ha una nuova cucina, con nuovi armadi, ripiani in granito, una parte posteriore in vetro ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di alta qualità. L'unità ha piastrelle in venatura del legno dappertutto, realizzate con un bellissimo motivo a spina di pesce. | | Entrambi i bagni sono stati ristrutturati ed entrambi hanno bordi in marmo. Il master ha una cabina doccia e il bagno per gli ospiti ha una vasca, entrambi hanno nuovi vanità. Le porte a scomparsa chiudono la camera degli ospiti e il bagno per una suite privata. Tutti i letti hanno nuovi materassi e nuovi letti. Ci sono 3 TV con lettore DVD e tutte le TV sono dotate di cavo di collegamento. | | Il complesso BeachCrest vanta una piscina riscaldata stagionalmente e attrezzature per barbecue. | | Goditi un caffè mattutino o un cocktail serale ammirando le acque bagnate dal sole della Costa Smeralda. Family summer for the win

We absolutely love the unit. The property is amazing. Seaside and Santa Rosa are some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. The perfect relaxation ang just what we needed.

From beach time everyday, riding bikes everywhere, eating out, cooking in, sweet treats from local shops, we enjoyed it all. The location was convenient to so much. The condo had a home like feel. Great Location

Very clean and condition as advertised Right on the beach, and easy bike ride or walk to Seaside and restaurants. Did not cook much, but only negative was old pots and flat pillows. Otherwise, great stay!

Sofa is tired and needs replaced, as well as the mattresses. Mattresses were comfortable, but you can hear the springs coil when tossing and turning. Make sure you bring your own beach towels.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the exterior of the building isn't pretty, unit 804 was very nice inside. Needs a little TLC in places (bathrooms, trim) but it had everything we needed and more. The view never got old and having the beach chair set up included was key! The only thing I would recommend is having extra bath towels. We did laundry and washed the towels, but having an extra bathmat would have made things easier.

Several issues with plumbing--bathtub doesn't drain, dishwasher backs up into sink. Couch is stained and well past its best days. Asked management for more than one roll of TP and a garbage bag and was offered a partially used roll. One extra blanket for three beds. Its a very basic set up, so if you are used to a property that provides a more "comforts of home" experience, be aware.

The tracks on the sliding doors were filthy, the furniture was half way dusted. Also, there was no broom, dustpan nor hair dryer. We vacation often in the pan handle and are accustomed to very basic needs being necessities being met

It’s right outside of busy Seaside but just a short drive in the opposite direction to Rosemary Beach. The condo itself was decorated nicely and management did a great job of providing for any needs we may have. I would absolutely return to this condominium and are even looking to book this particular unit again.

Good location

We like staying at Beachcrest a lot. Beach is beautiful and clean and easily accessible from condo. We rent bikes to ride to Seaside and family has a great time.
