Very nice condo with great view!

The condo is located in a good area with easy access to grocery store and restaurants. It's very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially love the ocean view and easy access to the beach.

The location was perfect, the view from the balcony of the unit was beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the lounge chair watching and listening to the waves. The unit is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to cook, serve and eat. Easy access and plenty of parking. Chair service on the beach comes with the unit. Not having to worry about that was relaxing in itself. We visited late April 2026 and while the beach was busy, it wasn’t packed with people like high season. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I’d stay in this unit again!!!

Class of 95 Rams get away..

A few of my classmates from New Orleans class of 9T5 decided to do a weekend getaway. This was the perfect place to enjoy sites and beach. Although many restaurants were available for our dining pleasure, we hired a cook to do all the cooking. Great Place To Visit!!! We will be returning again this year.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This property is located perfectly on the beach. It was just as described in the photos. The property management company was very responsive before our arrival and during our stay. I really enjoyed the beach chair and umbrella service that's included in the rental. We will definitely return again.

The condo is very nice. Management is quick to address any issues. We had everything we needed for our stay. The only issue was the bed in the Master bedroom. It is FIRM and I am talking firm like plywood. I could not sleep on it. I ended up sleeping on one of the twin beds. Some people may prefer it but, it didn’t work for me.

Condo is in walking distance to restaurants and convenience store. Easy check-in / check-out experience. Coffee pot in the room wasn’t working and the Benchmark team resolved quickly. Free beach chairs/umbrella available first-come first-serve.
