Central location on 30A was great. Lots in walking distance, short bike ride to Seaside, and minutes away from many other towns to explore!

Beautiful condo and beautiful location. Love the private beach. Loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms! Great place w easy access to PC and Destin being each about 50 minutes away! Grayson state park is a hidden gem!

No fridge, no problem we'll just spend more money!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately things happen. It would be that it just so happened our refrigerator went out right as we were arriving for our stay. Thankfully we were given an ice chest but that didn't help the fact that we still had to purchase a lot more in order to accommodate our stay. We were forced to eat out every night instead of cooking like we had planned. The condo was great, the beach was beautiful it was disappointing about the fridge but we made it work...while spending more than anticipated.

Little get away

We loved this condo! Having a balcony from the main bedroom was wonderful - listening to the waves is a great way to sleep! There was great communication from the hosts. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Very nice condo for the two of us. Walked to restaurants and beach outside the door. Reasonably priced.

Great time overlooking the beach

Beautiful view. Enjoyed the free beach chair and umbrella setup. Pool was a great temperature. Not crowded. Good food options nearby.

Wonderful Weekend Trip

My mom and I had a wonderful weekend get away. We have been vacationing on 30A my whole life but this was the first time we have stayed at BeachCrest. We loved the location and access to the beach. The unit was nice and the beds were comfortable. We will be back again!

Enjoyed this property. Our unit could use a little furniture updating, but loved the balcony, view.

Would definitely rent again as a 2 bedroonm condo. balcony view, beach access, beach chairs, pool. Great!

Awesome location, average comfort

The best thing about this property is the easy access to the beach! The property manager is also easy to access and quick to respond. We had to have the back of our toilet replaced during our stay and it was done promptly and without intruding on our time and space.This place is ideal for short trips - the beds aren’t super comfortable, towels aren’t absorbent, and there wasn’t good space for hanging towels or storing sandy items.

Great spot for a relaxing family trip

We had a great week. This unit was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed. We loved being able to see and hear the Gulf from our balcony. The pool was heated, which was great. The beach service was so convenient. We walked to a coffee shop every morning, and rode bikes to dinner most nights.

Beautiful view and location.

904 at Beachcrest on 30A was overall very nice. The master bathroom needs an updated toilet and some of the doors need adjusted so they open smooth and stay on track. But the cleanliness was spot on and had all the household items you would need while staying. The view is breath taking and the beach chairs are added plus. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay again and recommend as well.

Not our first time in this building, but our first time in this condo. Benchmark was easy to work with when issues arose. Pictures are accurate. We requested mattress topper for the master bed that made our stay much more enjoyable.

The condo was spacious, had all the essentials and the master bed was very comfortable. I was particularly impressed at how active the on-site staff was. They were constantly sweeping, vacuuming, and keeping the common areas very tidy. The best part about the place was the guaranteed beach chairs. There was never a rush to reserve them and they were spaced apart very well. This place is a great spot and we will be back.

Unit met our needs

While the bathrooms and kitchen have been updated, the living room could use some sprucing up. Furniture stained and paint peeling. Toilet paper holder rusted. Balcony furniture left a lot to be desired. Still a good deal for the price.

Easy access to beach, and eat check-in/out.

My husband and I can for the week and enjoyed our stay at Beachcrest. Everything was nice but the one piece of feedback I’d give is that some of the furnishings are worn out. For instance the barstools had worn edges and the sofa was stained from wear and tear. The toilet paper holders were rusty and there was a corner wall missing trim and trim that easily fell off on another corner. None of these would cause us to not stay again but I think they are worth mentioning.

Perfect location for off season visit

The kitchen could use additional silverware as there were only 6 forks total and spoons were in low supply as well. We would have liked a couple additional hand towels and a bath mat for bathroom 2. Not a lot to complain about. A great place for off season visit. I think it could get crowded on beach in the summer.
