We had a very nice time at the beach. The house has a great location. Still a little close to the public beach access in my opinion, but I am pretty picky and like it quiet. The house has plenty of room for lots of people. We brought 4 of our kids and they each had their own room. The kitchen is nice and big for cooking and the couch was one of the few we could find that actually fit all of us. The wrap around porch is very nice and large. We really enjoyed the quick beach access as well. Beautiful views out the back doors and windows. It is an older home and showing some wear and tear. Lots of little things that need to be fixed. The cleaning was subpar unfortunately. All of the showers had multiple spots with mildew and the downstairs has a musty smell. We did contact management to fix a couple things and the guy came and fixed one thing, but said he would be back to fix the other and never returned. Management was very responsive and I am sure they would have had him come back out, but it wasn't that important to us and the last thing I want to do on vacation is wait for a repair guy for a house that isn't even mine. We ate out some, but mostly in Destin. We really loved Lulu's. Great place for anyone with allergies, and great views and atmosphere. We also rented a boat from Lagoon Pontoon in Panama City (which we do every time we come) and really enjoyed that. Their boats are very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back to the area as this was probably our 10th time. We would probably stay in this house again if they fix the problem areas. Also, while the house is big there was never enough hot water for all of us (6 people).
